Second bedroom is not a necessity (no children). It is a must that a dog is ok to have. Dog is small (<25 lbs) and well trained. We would like to find a house with a washer and dryer, but it's not necessary. We prefer a home near the mall area for job convenience. We are looking for a nice 3 bedroom house in Wylie school district, in a nice neighborhood with a fenced in yard and possibly a pool. Our wishlist also includes a shed, wood floors and an overall nice house. The last items are obviously things we can live without. We just want to find a nice place to live for the next 4 years. My husband is extremely handy and will take very good care of a house. We just want to find something very reasonable as we still have a house back home that we have to also pay for, for the next 4 years.
