In-Home Therapists for Children (Abilene)

Non-Profit Foster/Adopt Agency serving Abilene and surrounding area is currently seeking an In-Home Therapist for children and families. Therapists are responsible for the clinical therapy and timely documentation of services. Must have a Master's degree or higher in a Behavioral Science or related field and a professional Mental Health License ( i.e. LPC, LMFT, LMSW-ACP, LCSW) valid in the state of Texas and be eligible for Medicaid and STAR Health credentialing ( no interns please). Bilingual a plus. Prefer experience working with children in foster/adoptive placement, group homes, and/or experience with the Child Welfare system. INTERVIEW PEOPLE FOR UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SPONSORED STUDY

RESEARCH TRIANGLE INSTITUTE, a research firm in North Carolina, is seeking field interviewers to interview randomly selected household residents in Abilene and surrounding area(s). The study will start in January and continue through the end of December 2011.


Evening and Weekend hours
Average 20 to 25 hours per week
Paid training (6-7 days) in Cincinnati OH
Starting Rate 11.00 *
Dependable transportation required, mileage reimbursed at 55.0 cents per mile
No solicitation involved, although skills gained from previous sales work is helpful
Household Interviewing and/or computer experience preferred but not necessary
