the cube fish tank is used, but very durable. it has an installed light that comes with a cord and plug-in. it also has a little built-in cubby for food or other various small items. i believe it is 2 gallons from the looks of it. and can house a betta, male or female. :]

i have also included:
1. a "whisper 101" water filter. it has an extra suction cup used to firmly attach to the glass of a good-sized aquarium. it is relatively quiet and is a really strong filter. i only used it for about 24 hours to cycle my firebelly newt's new tank. he didn't seem to like it too much, so i removed it. i would recommend this for fish tanks with plenty of water.

2. "wardly" betta food pellets. my bettas so happen to be picky eaters! they rather much like the flakes, so i never exactly gave them the pellets. opened, but still topped off with food. full bottle that hasn't been emptied

3. a "barron's bettas: a complete pet owner's manual". i used this for awhile. it has great information about betta care. it discusses food, housing and betta breed types. it also has some scientific information about the fish and its ways of life. soo much useful information!

English lop Baby Bunnies (Abilene)

English lops are a very neat breed of rabbit. They have a very dog like personality, where they hop out of their cage when you open the door, and follow you around, like little dogs! They get to be big bunnies and can be 10+ lbs. These rabbits make great house pets, and can be potty trained. They are like the basset hounds of the rabbit world.

Sugar Gliders? (Everywhere)

Yes, Gliders are awesome pets, but they are a lot of work and a lot of responsibility. Don’t think they are the ‘perfect’ pet, they aren’t.

1) Sugar gliders CAN NOT be feed a captive/pelleted diet-they require fresh fruits, veggies, and protein. They are omnivorous sap suckers in the wild and will die on a dry pelleted diet.

2) Sugar gliders still have wild instincts, they can bite, do produce an odor, and can be loud if they want to be. Though they usually won’t, a glider can easily use their razor sharp teeth or pinlike nails to hurt someone.

3) Sugar gliders should not be with other animals. Yes they are not rodents. Yes, a cat will normally chase after anything that moves and is smaller then them, so yes your dog or cat could easily eat a glider. And yes sugar gliders eat birds in the wild. Birds can become restless and hurt themselves if housed in the same room with gliders.

4) Sugar gliders SHOULD NOT be housed alone. They are colony animals, and should be housed with at least one other glider. They can easily self mutilate or die without companionship.

5) Sugar gliders ARE NOT a pet you can just leave in a cage. They are highly social, intelligent creatures who love to be on you during the day and play with you at night. They are not fish, and do not survive well just sitting in a cage to look pretty.

Say “No” to Mill Breeders There are hundreds of sugar gliders that need loving homes. Rescue before supporting a mill breeding operation.

Please do your research before getting a glider. They may be very cute, but are a lifelong commitment. They can live over ten years and require time and attention; are you willing to provide them with both?

Marbled crayfish - self-reproducing UPDATED (Southeast Abilene)

I have a 10 gallon tank with marbled crayfish. I've had them for almost a year now and am looking to get out of the hobby... just don't have time for them with my other fish aquariums. I have at least 2 small adults (~2") and then several juveniles. The juveniles are small and hide very well so it's hard to keep count. Their setup is a 10gal aquarium with filter, pvc pipe hiding places, and gravel. They have done well in there but would probably do better with a larger aquarium.

Free - Gray Bobtail Cat 4 yrs old (Abilene)

We have a very sweet 4 year old bobtail cat. She is gray with black stripes, declawed, microchiped and spayed. We have been her only owners and she has always stayed inside the house and is completly litter box trained. She has never had an accident in the house and has never caused any problems, but recently she started acting out with me getting pregnant and spraying our things. She has been around our dogs and kids the entire time we have had her and gets playful at times, but for the most part she is very calm and reserved. Boxer Looking for Playmate (Abilene (surrounding areas))

I have a very, very, very energetic female boxer that was rescued 6 months ago. I am looking for a playmate for her---get together with a friendly dog that she can play with. I'm not looking to adopt or foster...she's really more than enough for me to handle. I take her to the parks all the time for running and walking; and we go to the lake so she can run/swim but she does not get a lot of socialization with other dogs. When we do...she loses her manners and just really wants to play, play, and play!!! I hope that with a few new friends, she'll get great socialization as well as her anxiety towards other dogs will decrease. Once she gets to know your dog after a few meets/greets, she seems to be fine and her anxiety lessens.

She does better with males than females but would be willing to see if they (another female) get along. She's played with puppies before and she does great with them---but would suggest any that are close to her size. She isn't really rough (puppies have nipped at her, jumped against her, and tried to attack her mouth and she's done nothing to them---I think she's been a Mama before) but sometimes she doesn't understand her energy freaks other dogs out. She loves to play---jump---run---and does everything and anything to drive me crazy. She doesn't like to sit still for very long...so please...if you have an energetic dog that loves other dogs and have the time to have a playdate once or twice a week, please contact me!!!

Jewel Cichlids (Abilene)

I have six 1" - 1.5" juvenile Jewel Cichlids. Each fish will be 4" - 5" when fully grown. Photo is of the mother, to give an example of how they will look as adults. Jewels are beautiful fish, covered with iridescent blue dots on a yellow/orange background. When breeding, their colors intensify and they flush bright red around the throat.

If you want a breeding pair it is recommended that you get a group of 4-6 juveniles and let them pair off on their own, because if they don't like each other they will fight. Actually, even if they DO like each other, they may still fight! These are tough little cichlids, and they usually should not be kept with most other types of fish. They will eat any fish that is small enough to fit into their mouth. When breeding, they can be even more aggressive, and they will kill to protect their eggs or fry. Minimum recommended tank size for a breeding pair is 30 gallons.

These sell for $5+ each at Petsmart. I'm asking a for a rehoming fee of $5 for TWO juvenile fish, gender unknown. They are young and I can't tell the sexes apart at this time.

She does not get a long with other female dogs, and little dogs. She gets along with our red heeler which is a male, so it's kind of a you have to see, but we know for sure no females.
