KEN SILVER- Lottery Rip Off (UK)

KEN SILVER LOTTERY SYSTEM RIP OFF.

Based in Khandallah, Wellington, NZ



I live in the UK. On 21 Oct 2009 I purchased (online) his Silver lotto & Lotto Extra system at a cost of $79. I got an auto response to say allow up to 48 hours to process. OK. After 48 hours I recieved nothing. I e-mailed him, and got a lame tale about a computer virus holding things up. 24 hours later, he sent me a PDF file which would not open. I have repeatedly emailed him back asking for him to send me what I have bought, all I get is a reply telling me to use his support page. I have used this support page about 10 times now, it gets totally ignored. I have asked him to send the info as an attachment ('cos his pdf file is unreadable) or send me a hard copy.



NOTHING !! I am getting totally ignored, he has my money and must be laughing.



To add insult to injury, he keeps sending me emails telling me how good his system is - and how honest he is to deal with !!!!!!!!



I contacted Clickbank ( the card processor) as he makes a big thing of using them and you can get your money back? They responded and told me they have no record of the transaction - it NEVER went through Clickbank !! So another scam there ! NO money Back !



Bottom line, HE has not delivered and also not refunded money as promised. He lied about Clickbank. Despite MANY (30) e-mails, he does not respond. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS SCAMMER, HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED !

Should any law enforcement officer or consumer council official require further details. I will be happy to provide them


Should he see this and provide the product I purchased, I will be very happy to post on here and say he has delivered.
