What I have for sale is a late 50's 35 hp Evinrude Lark. It comes with all controls, (electrical, and throttle and gear shifing controls). I do not know if the motor runs. The moter does spinn free and I know for sure the electric starter works and spins the motor. The motor came with a boat I bought and I do not want that big of a motor so she is for sale. As far as I can tell all of the parts and pieces are there. I know I could probably make five times my asking price if I were to part the motor out, but I hate to do that to a vintage motor. (there's not many out there anymore). I do not have a title for the motor, but I can make up a bill of sale which is all you need along with a rubbing of the serial numbers off of the freeze plug to get a title made. I have an older but in very very good shape 12 foot aluminum V Hull fishing boat for sale. The boat was completely stripped and refinished three years ago which included new paint and all new wood seats and side rails. Very shallow draft boat can get you into those back water fishing holes the big boys cant get two. The boat is very comfortable for two men. It does however have three wooden bench style seats. The boat is very easily handled by one person. If you don't hassle me on the price of 1200 you will get the boat, a converted (newer) utility trailer, a electric trolling motor, and two 5 hp Johnson outboards. The outboards are vintage and probably worth more than the boat. One outboard runs excellent. The motor is a 2.5 liter mercruiser and only has about 25-30 hours on it! The boat is a srv 185 and is very solid! The floor is very solid and all lights and running gear work. It comes with a 1998 trailer that is very clean and can tilt to make it better for launching the boat. I am only considering trading this because I recently took up hunting and need a four wheeler. The mast: The mast and boom are anodized aluminum and are original to this boat. They're in nice condition. We've created a mast raising system that makes it easy for two people to raise and lower the mast. We'll be happy to show you how it works. We are also including the windicator.

Ready to sail: Esperanza is fully functional and ready to sail. She includes all of her hardware, cleats, rigging, cables, lines, a boom vang, etc. which are all in good working order and have been configured for maximum effectiveness and ease of use.

Brand new custom sails by Far East Sails: The mainsail and genoa have only been used about 6 times. They were custom designed and built for Esperanza by Far East Sails using the best materials. Battens and sail bags are included. The mainsail features a large red sword design. These new sails cost us $1200.00. We also have an older working jib in pretty good condition.

Synthetic teak: All of the boat's old exterior mahogany trim has been replaced with no-maintenance synthetic teak:

The deck has been covered with PlasDECK synthetic boat decking (retail $35 per square foot: www.PlasDECK.com)
PlasTEAK synthetic teak handrails, arched toe rails, and other trim.
PlasTEAK companionway slides and three-part companionway hatch boards with shiplap edges for a watertight fit.
PlasTEAK swim platform features a three-step stainless steel ladder mounted underneath with a button release for easy folding.

Trolling motor: Esperanza comes with a brand new electric Kubota trolling motor which provides just enough speed to move you away from the dock. The engine mount can be raised or lowered.

Anchor: The anchor extends out from the bow pulpit and is clamped into place when not in use. Anchor rode with rope and chain are stowed in the anchor locker below deck.

Other exterior features:

New tinted window glass.
All exterior lights are rewired and functional. All of the marker lights are in place as required by the Coast Guard.
New stainless steel life lines.
Imported cowl vent (in matching red and white) allows air circulation while preventing water from entering the boat.
Fully restored original compass.
Fully functional original depth finder was sent to the original manufacturer to be rebuilt.
Beautiful vintage mahogany tiller (was originally on a Choy Lee).
Mahogany kick-up rudder.
Antique brass clinometer.

Electrical: Esperanza has been completely rewired with new wiring. She has a new control panel and battery switch. She has a new ship-to-shore radio.

Interior: The interior has been carefully cleaned out and repainted. The top of the galley has a pop-top that lifts up to let in the air and sunlight while providing additional head room. There's new carpeting throughout and we recovered all of the cushions. She has plenty of storage compartments.

The galley: The galley has wooden slats across the walls for a nautical look. We built a wooden table that seats 2-3 people. We added a new sink with new plumbing. The 15 gal. fresh water holding tank is located in the bilge with a new, easily accessible, stainless deck fill plate on deck. The sink also has a soap dispenser and paper towel holder and there are drawers for storage underneath.

The cabin: The door to the cabin is antique wood with an inlaid floral design. The cushions have been recovered and there are plenty of matching throw pillows in the v-berth. The cabin also features a small closet with shelves for storage and we've permanently mounted an antique mirror on the wall by the doorway.

So after all of the time and money that we've spent on this boat, why are we selling it? Esperanza has been a labor of love. She's a beautiful boat. My husband and I did all of the work on it because my husband is passionate about sailboats and from the moment he saw her sitting neglected in someone's yard, he knew he had to fix her up. We sailed the boat a few times this summer and it was great. However, now that this three year project looks like it's more or less complete, my husband has been wandering aimlessly around our barn looking for something new to build. Well, I guess his projects keep him out of trouble, more or less, so I can't complain... Now he's talking about getting a camper so we can do some traveling. I hope we don't have to rebuild it from the ground up!

1995 Regal Valanti 222 "Cuddy Cabin" (Uniontown) $11380

For Sale: 1995 Regal Valanti 222. I have owned the boat for about 3 years and it was purchased with 201 hours. It CURRENTLY has about 250 hours on it so it has had minimal usage over the past three years. It has a 5.7 V8 Mercruiser with an Alpha one out drive. The boat runs amazing with tubes on the back or just cruising. It has a Bimini Top that covers the whole on-board area. It also has Bimini curtains that enclose the cockpit area if there is rain. The boat comes with two canvas covers. The canvas in the picture is the canvas that we use during the season but it also comes with a full canvas cover that covers that cockpit as well as the bow. It was Custom made to fit the boat and it looks extremely nice. Inside the cabin is a fresh water hand pump sink and a small toilet. It just has a complete "winterization." The Tandem axle trailer has had roughly $800.00 worth of work done on it. I replaced the brakes that were on the rear axle and decided for safety to have another set put on the front axle (even new boats don't have breaks on both axles!) A new Surge unit was put on to ensure the brakes work like new, all new brake lines were ran, and new wheel bearings were put on all four wheels. The trailer stops so well it almost feels like it slows my truck down! There are about 6 life jackets, two tubes and a set of water ski's.
