swap secluded 2 br, 2ba in NE ohio for (ocala florida)

im looking to swap a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath house on an acre of property that is very secluded in the woods.there are virtually no neighbors.this house is north canton school district which is one of the top school districts in the county.
the house sits 700 feet off the street so its totally private. its perfect for hunting, fishing, dirtbikes and atv, or just relaxing.
both full bathrooms have been completely remodeled including stainless steel bath sinks, real wood vanity's , 1 piece tub shower combos, kohler elongated bowl toilets, 12 x 12 ceramic tile floors, and all new plumbing from the basement floor all the way through the roof. the house does have a FULL ,DRY basement.
the kitchen is new with all new appliances and hardwood floors..
the house has a newer 90 % furnace and central air AND it also features a boiler with hot water heat. it is set up so you can use either form of heat or both..hot water heat is especially nice if you have allergies.
my house is 4 minutes from akron/canton (cak) airport
im looking to SWAP my house for a nice 2 + br HOUSE or condo (sorry, NO mobile homes) near ocala, daytona beach, gainesville, or central florida.

i have put a TON of money and work into my house to make it nice and maintenance free so serious inquires only please.i spared no expense.. my house will not be available until january or february
i am only looking to swap, this house IS NOT for rent but i may consider land contract with $15,000 down and $850 month.. on the land contract only, there is a brand new 30x40 building on the property that goes with the house.
