Studio Lighting System/Backdrop System (Portage Lakes, Akron) $1

If you ever wanted to get into your own studio at a bargian price, here is your chance... I have a JTL Brand, mobil or studio use, 4 light system. Each head is self powered and can be triggered with a sync cord or by photo-eye flash from the other heads. Decription of this kit is, 2 V-200 heads for main lights, 2-J160 heads for fill/soft box. All heads have both a modeling lamp and a flash tube. With this comes 2-hvy dty umbrella/lightstands, 1-short floor stand, 3-umbrellas, Heavy Duty studio quality boom stand with 24"X 24"soft box for halo/hair light. Boom stand is on locking wheels with telescopic arm and counter weight bag. All power/sync cords, heavy canvas carry bags included and set is in very good condition with the excetpion of one V-200 head needs to be sent back to JTL corp for a faulty on/off switch. (If you hold the switch in, the head works perfectly.) I have all the paperwork and return number for you to get this problem resolved. New kit price paid in Oct, 2005 was $1,509.00, selling it seperate for $650.00. Due to one of the heads having to be shiped back for repairs, I will listen to any realistic offers...

This is a nice setup. There are three light stands with lights. Probably, you will never need all three. Everything can be broken down into a large case. The case is Approx: 51” x 12” x 15”… weighs about 70 lbs fully packed with the three lights. There is a Large, Extra Large and Medium light (dimensions below)… each on a very heavy-duty rolling tripod with a large enough footprint that the lights are very stable. All high-quality construction… tripod, casters, and all of the material used in the head units… from the lamps (cast aluminum and finned for cooling) to the fabric.

These would be great for studio photography… video photography… or wedding photography in a dark church. The case has a foam bulb carrier built-in… and there are 6 bulbs… 3 extras.

These lights were set up in a loft studio for a year… but used only for a few hours altogether.
