Our next manager will be expected to maintain those extremely high standards of achievement.

The successful applicant will possess the ability to rigorously maintain resident files and information in a confidential fashion, maintain clear lines of communication with residents, staff and co-workers, take applications for housing, calculate and collect rental payments, perform housekeeping inspections, serve legal notices upon residents, appear in court on behalf of the property, schedule and supervise maintenance staff, organize and coordinate resident activities and perform other duties as the function may require.
