Email campaign pro:Constant Contact or other (Clifton Park)

Looking for someone who knows constant contact or how to set up templates for email campaign. Also clean up email list with unsubscribes. My appointment sotware has the "mail to " capacity but no templates. Need to be created. I also have a constant contact that can be used. Have 2 lists that need to be merged and cleaned up. Just don't have the time. ( I started but did not have time to finish) I used email extraction for some through August.
Also some work on photo software that needs to be cleaned up and merged with other program. (this is not as urgent)
e mail campaign is immediate. If you know it I can use you for the project. We are a small office in Clifton Park,. Not a huge project...about 2000 names Easiy exported to excel with existing software. Confidentiality is important. Needs to start immediately. temp project with other possibilities such as: Waiting room loop that needs to be updated and possibly even some short educational videos for clients.
