17. Prepare analysis of Value Engineering firm's proposals for changes to the design work. Prepare recommendations to COTR for acceptance or rejection of proposed VE items.

19. Attend meetings with Awarding Officials, Grant Officers, Contracting Officers, construction contractors, A-E firms, Grantees, and other project stakeholders as deemed necessary to brief stakeholders about the project or determine steps necessary to move projects forward. Document meetings and develop action plan for required follow-up items.
20. Travel to project sites for on-site assessments or observations to determine status of on-going projects and actions necessary to develop project corrective action plans and solutions to identified problems.
21. Monitor submittal review process.
