RESPONSIBILITIES

- Advise, counsel, and service students.
- Answer phones and make outbound phone calls.
- Assist the Center Manager in the administration of Kaplan classes.
- Assist the Center Manager or other marketing personnel in the administration of Kaplan marketing seminars.
- Assist in the overall administration of the Kaplan Center.
- Distribute Training Library materials.
- Straighten classroom, equipment, and maintain tape and VCR/TV machines
- Assist with mailings, distribute flyers and reports, and collect payments.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate for this position will be familiar with a variety of mechanical installation concepts, practices, and procedures, have an aptitude for mechanical relationships. Good trigonometry skills are a definite plus. Familiarity with manufacturing operations is also a definite plus.
