TPM Manager/ Mechanical Engineer (Albuquerque)

Great Albuquerque, New Mexico Company seeking resumes for a TPM Manager/Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The TPM Manager/Mechanical Engineer will report directly to the VP of Operations.

Duties and responsibilities: The candidate will manage and provide services for multiple locations. Supervise 5 person machine and facilities maintenance crew for medium sized 175 person manufacturing company. Implement world class
Total Preventative Maintenance Program. Maintain 110,000 square feet (4 buildings) manufacturing and office space. Support Lean Manufacturing Program-5S, kaizen exercises, visual management. Maintain a safe and productive work environment for maintenance crew.

Requirements:
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years in manufacturing environment, preference for TPM role and technical experience in at least on of the following: millwork, electrical controls HVAC. Candidate must be a self starter and team player with the ability to get the job done and make the tough decisions. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. Excellent computer skills in excel, and project management a must. Metals and or refining industry experience a plus.

Candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment post offer background check and a pre-employment drug test.
