JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have excellent communication and writing skills, organizational ability, and creativity as well as methodical and logical approach to proposal preparation and tasks. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining all deadlines is a prerequisite. Ability to work as a team player or independently. Minimum 5 years in marketing and proposal writing experience with an Engineering/Architectural/Construction firm highly preferred. Minimum skills required: intermediate experience using Adobe Suite CS3 (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator), Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Deltek, and internet savvy. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or journalism is preferred.
