Our company compiles market research data from county courthouse deed and mortgage records. We have researchers all over the country and we are now looking to expand into New Mexico. We are specifically looking for a researcher in Bernalillo County.

It’s very simple to do. You would need a laptop with Excel or another similar spreadsheet software, a working email address, typing skills, transportation, and most importantly, be self-motivated to work on your own.
Our researchers go into county courthouse record rooms with a laptop and type in the data. These are public records which anyone can look at.

This is a part time position and you would set your own schedule. For that reason, it is excellent for students. In fact, we have many student-researchers.

Pay is per record, so it varies with your typing speed, but our average researcher makes $10 to $12 per hour and our experienced researchers earn as much as $24 per hour. Pay is weekly.

Pet Sitters Needed in
Ridgecrest, Taylor Ranch and North Valley
Visits are 1-2 times/day for typically 3-14 days.
Holidays sits will be required of anyone hired.!

Hours/Pay Rate:
Visits are generally between 7-9AM and 7-9PM. Perfect for someone who wants to
supplement their 9-5 income. Twice a day visits, typical for dogs, are
approximately 30 minutes. Visits for cats are more flexible and usually just
once a day. Cat visits are also approximately 30 minutes. The pay rate for a dog
