Red Heeler Mix (Unser / Northern)
We have a large Red Heeler Mix that is about 5 years old. She is an inside dog and therefor is fully house trainned. She eats dry food and has no food aggression. She will sleep on the floor right next to your bed and for a larger dog she is extremely affectionate. We have a 3 year old child which she is very gentle and playful with. Overall she is very good with people. She does tend to get very excited when she meets new people. She is fixed so she can not have puppies and she also has a chip so she can be located very easily.
We can not keep her since recently my allergies to animal hair have gotten very bad. I have been getting very bad rashes and I am desperate to find a good home for her. I will send her with a food dish and a large bag of the food she enjoys. I also have a leash. Please call if you have any questions or would like to come meet her. I have 3 heelers I need to find excellent homes for. Come Jan. 11, 2010 my dogs will be 4yrs of age all are spayed and nutered but need current vaccinations and are house trained. They were current up till 07' and in 08' I got sick and got in a financial bind and haven't been able to get them caught up. I perfer each dog gets a good home and not paired up. My dogs are good with older kids older then 6 there a little ruff when excited. I would like to see them placed with a family, couple or single person looking for campanionship and protection. These dogs a very loyal and will let you know if they don't like a person and they will not leave your side. Our cat has run away from her lucritive barn job and has created a very sad little boy, but very happy mice. This inconsiderate little hairball is a dilute calico,(grey/white/tanish) with extremely noticable yellow eyes. She's a teenager, (acts half feral), and really only comes to children or someone with a bribe...she's stealthy and sneaky and could be posing as a house cat on your property. She's spayed and well fed (see mice comment). She came from Santa's popular Valencia County animal shelter, and little boy says she could never be replaced. Very large cage for small animals. Movable plastic shelves make it completely adjustable and customizable. Cage lifts off of bottom platform for easy cleaning and adjustments. It also has 3 large doors, including one on the very top of the cage, so no matter where they hide, it's easy to get all the fuzzies out. We have a beautiful orange male cat that needs a new home. He is fairly large and fluffy, fixed, and up to date on his shots. He is very good around children. We're not sure how he is around dogs because we don't have one. We are moving soon and will be unable to take him with us due to the pet policy at our new home. A small re-homing fee of $20 will be required. This will be donated to the animal shelter, we just want to make sure that his new home is serious about having a pet. Pepper - super gentle black lab - spayed (Pie Town)
Pepper is a mature girl, we think about 6 yrs old but she is very healthy and she has quite a bit of energy. This dog is very sweet and uncomplicated. Pepper came to us from another shelter so we do not know why she was relinquished. Right now she is living with the main pack of about 45 dogs and she gets along with everyone. She always stays close to us though, whenever we are amongst the pack. This dog will be an excellent family dog, she would also be the kind of dog you could leave and go to work all day. Pepper would be happily waiting for you when you get home. She is pretty, a quick learner, very sweet and just a medium energy. Pepper would also be a very good first dog for a person new to the joys of dog companionship. Pepper gets along with other dogs, kids, and cats. She rides great in a car! Sweet Catahoula/Aussie mix for adoption! Neutered (Pie Town)
Levi is a fun, happy and outgoing dog, about 2 yrs old. He really likes people, he loves to play and tumble with the other dogs and he gets along with everyone very well. This guy is pretty submissive so he will do fine with a more dominant type of dog. The people that relinquished him kept him in the house at night so he is house trained and he is pretty good with the cats. Levi would make an excellent running partner and a great companion for any one that loves to be active and do things with their dog. He is pretty big, about 65 lbs and still filling out. German Shepherd/Golden Mix - Young guy (Pie Town)
Wylie is a German Shepherd/Golden mix. Wylie is a fun dog with lots of energy but underneath his silliness is a kind sweet boy. He is tall, narrow, and extremely athletic. Wylie is about 2yrs old, he is neutered and he will probably still fill out some, but living with our main pack assures that he runs a lot. This dog should do best with someone, or a family, that is very active and will spend lots of time taking him places and working with him. It looks like Wylie will do ok with the cats but we haven't worked him on that enough to guarantee him. He is great with all the other dogs tho, a good team player. He will enjoy older kids but he is too high energy for youngsters. His adoption fee is $100.00 and that includes his neuter and vaccinations!

Smalls needs a new home (West Albuquerque)
Smalls is a West African Ball Python. He is over 5 feet long, he only eats live LARGE black rats. He has a 55 gallon aquarium, 2 heat lamps, a water bowl, a large bag of wood chips for his bedding, a couple of "trees" to crawl on, Fresh Result cage cleaning bottle, and a Ball Python Manual. He is very tame, likes to be handled. We just no longer have time for him. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have, I can also send you pictures of him.
