But lets go back in time to really look at our current economic situation. In 1913 our corrupt government, under the pressure of the big bankers (Morgan, Rockefeller, et cetera) passes the Federal Reserve act. It was passed into law by Woodrow Wilson (who was a democrat by the way).

Now let me explain this scam for the masses who do not know. The treasury department who is accountable to the citizens prints Federal Reserve Notes (currency). The notes are given to the Federal Reserve which is not accountable to the people because it is a private corporation, thats right let me say that again PRIVATE CORPORATION!!!

Now, the Fed LOANS the notes back to our government at an arbitrary interest rate determined entirely at the will of the chairman who is currently the criminal Ben Bernanke.

Here is where the scheme gets good... The Fed wont take federal reserve notes back as payment. This is because it is fiat currency, meaning that is COMPLETELY worthless. It is not backed by anything tangible, just the faith of the government. (It actually has the exact same value as monopoly money)

So if the fed won't take their worthless debt back as payment what do they take? Tangible assets such as our nations gold supply and other precious resources.

Where does that leave an average person? You work everyday, you exchange labor for federal reserve notes, you exchange federal reserve notes for goods and services so everything is good right? Wrong! The fed controls the economy! During the "feel good" years of the 90s the Fed pumped excessive amounts of currency into the economy. The smaller banks made debt more available and stupid mericans took the bait. Due to inflation people were hedging their incomes with borrowed money. Many mericans agreed to loans with excessive adjustable rates with the promise to "refinance" (see Fraud in factum).

Then the fed collapsed the economy. They did this with the "real estate" crisis. When most of the ARM loans had matured to the point of raising the rates, the fed jacked the interest rates causing the easy flow of money to stop. Many people found their mortgage payments tripled overnight. With interest rates high, the easy loans dried up making everything more expensive (hyper inflation).

Since there were so many federal reserve notes in circulation, big banks used oil to soak up excessive dollars (speculation). This is why, during the initial collapse, fuel went to $5.00 a gallon. Bankers drove the price up by speculating on the price of crude oil. Bankers did this, not private investors. This led to even more inflation.

Right now, 21% of people in this nation are unemployed! The government numbers are skewed to make the government look good.

You see unemployment and fiat currency go hand in hand. Since the value of the dollar is not based on anything tangible it now becomes a labor note. If people aren't working the labor note is worthless.

So, here we sit... Past inflation has set the initial prices. Hyper inflation has pushed the cost of goods even higher. The fed (big banking cartel) has devalued the dollar to the point where at one time twenty dollars bought one ounce of gold, now it takes fifteen hundred dollars to but one ounce of gold.

Our economy has been destined for collapse for decades. To make matters worse our president is borrowing money from the fed at a rate that puts bush to shame. But, it doesn't matter, because the money is worthless but the contract isn't. Our politicians are selling us out to the big banks. We can't pay the bill, we have no gold left.

Here is the really scary part, while our economy was running away in the 90s, China was buying gold in massive quantities. Now they are using that gold to buy our debt from the Fed. That means that we are racking up a massive debt to China, who can foreclose on the US at any time!

Here is the VERY SCARY part. Our government borrowed 700 billion dollars to GIVE back to the banks that loaned it to them. Everyone thinks the bailout is a failure, but it is not. The Fed wins, it is selling that debt to china for GOLD!

You see, this happens because the american people are too stupid to stop watching TV. The media outlets have divided the people left/right, republican/democrat. They know that as long as people are fighting each other, they can't fight the puppet government who is ran by the big banks (fed cartel).

Its all the same! The entire government is owned and operated by the big banking cartel and our nations people are being sold to China for gold to satisfy the debt. The corporate owned media wont tell you this...

Ok, I always get a kick out of reading the post's about religion/anti-religion. The simple truth is those that screem the loudest are by definition the zelots of there belief.
Both the christians and athiests are both preaching a dogma, that neither can back up, all the while choosing to be open minded. Yet you all show how stupid your are, not ignorant, because ignorance can be rectified by listening, and truly learning from others. Something both you groups are in capable of doing.

I was brought up in a very religious christian home, I'm also a scientist, I do believe in genetics, evolution etc, yet manage to hold onto my faith. In my case I do believe in God, yet im not stupid enough to believe the dogma preached in the pulpits in those houses of hypocracy.

Christians.-religion in general is a means for us as humans to not feel so alone. It give us hope, and yes faith that there is some logic, and justness in the universe. Yet it is also a means of control. I find it hard to talk with my mother, let alone other hardline christians, muslems, jews for the simple reason that they keep such a closed mind. I mean think of it, if God, Yaweh, Budda, etc are all powerful, Im pretty sure they understand Genetics, quantum mechanics, hell even how to make a wheel, yet with the same words you spew, you condem the gifts of what he/she/it gave us. I also find it funny how if God is all knowing, im pretty sure he seen we would grow, and learn, and unlock the mysteries of the universe, I mean he did make us in his image, and gave us dominion of the world.

So what is the limit? the discovery of fire? the wheel, the genetic code? In and by itself these are not dangerous, it is us and "OUR" free will that can turn them against us. It is us who turn the things of the world against us, yet in the same time we can do good with them. I hate when people say "only god can create life" that complete and utter nonsence. If you stop and think about it we make life every time a child is born, what god does do is create/invest the soul. so it doesnt matter is you were made in a test tube or shagging the result is the same, god created the soul, be provided the raw materials.

Look, we Christians were like you once, depraved, addicted to various things, hateful, vengeful, the whole nine yards. However, each of us has gone to the trouble of checking out Christianity, and other religions for many of us, and we know what we believe. You, only believe what you don't know. Christians are like lemmings (Yes)

The power to fit in with one's social peers can be irresistible. To a human lemming, the logic behind an opinion doesn't count as much as the power and popularity behind an opinion.

Man, like lemming, behaves collectively. And it could be no other way. Naturally, the individual must be equipped with this trait. Otherwise, the smallest steps toward civilization could never have been made. Lemminghood is a survival trait, an inborn instinct in the majority of people. However, as with all natural phenomena, this tendency can be manipulated and used for harmful purposes.

It is this lemming effect which enables entire segments of a society to lose their sense of judgment all at the same time.

For lemmings, denial is a basic psychological defense mechanism used to not only shield themselves from unpleasant realities, but also to reassure themselves that they will still fit within the acceptable range of opinion held by their peer group. Lemmings are absolutely terrified at the thought of being labeled as an "extremist" or a "conspiracy theorist."

At all costs, their beliefs must always be on the "right" side of the issue and conform within the boundaries of their lemming peers. Lemmings simply cannot bear the burden of responsibility, or the discomfort, which comes with thinking independently. They'll resist any efforts to change their misguided beliefs with all their mental energy.

We can try to open their closed minds and free them from their self-imposed blindness, but it's not easy fighting the force of human nature. The chains of ideological conformity have too strong of a grip, and breaking them is a difficult task. With the limited resources at our disposal, it is next to impossible to compete with the media lemming-masters. Nevertheless, some of us must make the meager attempt, and thus lay the foundation upon which the truth might one day rise again.

Any other position is dishonest.

You probably already know that bad Christians are far more damaging to Christianity than any single atheist ever will be - even though modern so-called Christians aren't much concerned with their own actions, just know we appreciate your efforts. Sure, there are a noisy few evangelical atheists, but they're kind of grating to read and they turn off as many as they attract. (THe people who love Hitchens were damaged goods to begin with, he's merely a new voice for an old kind of disenfranchisement.)

Spending time reading the Bible and interacting with "Christians" is all that's necessary to advance the atheist agenda. Please, just keep doing what you're doing. Personally, I know the Bible quite well and I'm comfortable with my role in the afterlife even if I'm completely wrong. I'm merely a nonbeliever, but there's a special place for people who actually pretend to be Christian and drive people away from his church. The more people understand about the miracle of existence, the more they turn away from the abomination of organized religion; it's irreversible. But since it's clear that even God himself wouldn't be able to influence your beliefs, I simply say - enjoy!

I believe that the question raised by the post named "Should the DC Sniper be executed?" opens a debate with several different veiws. The fact of the matter is there are several different issues, & priorities in the pro-life movement. Some pro-life views include not only anti-death penalty sentiment, but issues such as child abuse, Euthanasia, & environmental considerations are all part of the pro-life movement.

Some of my Pro -life friends who lean toward the left side of the political opinion give priority to issues like, the envionment, & health care. The Conservative side of the movement give wieght to abortion, euthanasia, & child abuse. Some moderates view anti death penalty as a priority. So the reasoning that pro-life views include only black, & white issues is erroneous. Enevitably, the truly tolerant society must accept the fact that different people, have different views, & priorities.

Personaly, I see a huge distinction between certain, but not all criminals, & an unborn child. However, I also believe that any man is better than his worst act if he truly repents. If the death penalty is enforced for the protection of the general public, & Law enforcment, or to protect children from child predators the protection of human life rests in the death of the unremorseful criminal who would undoubtedly kill again even within the constrains of the prison system. In your words "A prison system capable of riot for 3 days, & killing 33 people."

In closing, I do not believe that rational debate can include the use of language meant to offend the opposition, a good example would be your use of the terms, "A bunch of hippies", & "you people".

Even though all atmospheric gasses are distributed by heat, convection, cooling, Coriolis effect, air mass pressure, the bottom line is what goes up must come down! I can simply prove this fact! Water vapor has a "lighter" molar mass than dry air, this means that it is lighter than air. When it condenses, it falls (rain).

Molecular mass does play in relative gravitational position. Heavier molecules do settle closer to the center of mass. That is why lead does not float. Most importantly, other oxygen based compounds are found sitting on the ground, like water (H2O molar mass of 18.0153 g/mol). Simply put, it is heavier than the atmospheric gasses!

The simple fact that Co2 is heavier than air means that it will come showering back down to earth! It will never stay in the atmosphere! No so called "climate change scientist" can't define why everything on this planet is subject to the laws of physics, but C02 is not.

How is it that C02 is not subject to the laws of physics? I see people trying to explain it, but no actual scientific data. The so called "climate change scientists" use the "denier" defense when questioned about it!

That was a very interesting post. However, you have reduced climate change to a simplistic relationship of molecular mass and you are missing a couple of important points regarding the current climate change research. The the first is that Isaac Newtons observation of gravity are based on the assumption that no other force is involved. Heavy elements should seek the lowest point, provided no other force acts upon them. The atmosphere moves according to forces governed by gravity, but also fluid mechanics of air current effected by heat, rotation of the earth, etc. Additionally, the effects of excess CO2 being relieased into the environment is NOT limited to the atmosphere (see some of the articles below). The other "scientific" point that is not exactly correct that you bring up is that climate change projections are NOT based on someones opinions of what gasses make up the atmosphere but of observations of actual atmospheric constituents, not someones imaginary preponderance principle. In fact, the use of observational method is in fact what defines modern science. You formulate a hypothesis, then you create an experiemnt or observe nature to see if your hypothesis is correct. If your observed data do not match your hypothesis, you must throw it out. So, while I like the idea you propose regarding the heavier elements such as CO2 not reaching the atmosphere, and climate change being a "hoax". That is NOT what is being observed. Sorry. If you want to be really scientific, you need to establish a new hypothesis for what IS happening, and then SUPPORT your hypothesis with actual DATA, not "preponderance"....get back to me when that happens. (Oh, and Isaac Newton was a certifiable genious who gave us calculus, and his "laws" still act as guides to building machinery etc....but his physics are no longer considered to acurately describe the nature of physical reality...he has been supplanted by quantum mechanics etc.)...

Let me throw some more science out there for consideration. In a previous post I established that mass (and energy) can not be created or destroyed.

Now, let's look at the atmosphere and the air we breathe. The atmosphere is composed of the following gasses (not compounds):

78.08% Nitrogen which has an atomic mass of 14.00674 amu
20.95% Oxygen which has an atomic mass of 15.9994 amu
0.93% Argon which has an atomic mass of 39.948 amu
0.038% Carbon Dioxide (CO2 compound) which has an atomic mass of 44.0095 amu

The so called "greenhouse gasses" are Carbon Dioxide (compound) CO2 (atomic mass 44.0095) and Methane (compound) CH4 (atomic mass 17.03116 amu)

Now that we have established the various weights of the gasses and compounds that compose our atmosphere. I will introduce Sir Issac Newton.

Newton talked about mass, acceleration and conservation of energy. Most importantly he established that gravity is acceleration. Simply put, he established that any object of mass will accelerate toward the center of mass (center of the earth) based on its weight.

Now combine chemistry and physics. Gravity dictates that the heaviest molecules and atoms wilkl accelerate toward the center of mass. That means that the compound CO2 (44.0095 amu) will accelerate toward the center of mass faster than Oxygen (15.9994 amu).

Simply put, CO2 is heavier than EVERY atmospheric gas. The same applies to methane CH4. Which means that Co2 and CH4 will reside here with us in the Troposphere!

In summation, the theory of CO2 or CH4 as a so called "greenhouse gas" is a hoax! All global warming theory is based on opinion, not scientific evidence or preponderance of chemistry or physics!

Actually the only thing scientist believe is Climate Change is REAL, not exactly human caused, there's plenty of factors that can cause Climate change, the main factor being there is no such thing as a stable climate. That's the biggest myth ever. If you read and research information about the fossil record you can see the earth's constant climate has constantly changed and has been unpredictable. Even the most accurate dopler radar technology can only predict weather patterns for up to 15 days, anytime after that it become statistically impossible to produce an accurate outlook.
