For sale is a used Kozi BayWin Pellet Burner Fireplace Insert. It is still in excellent working condition and is no more than 9 years old. The reason we are selling is because it came with our house and we would prefer to have a usable fireplace. It comes with 5 bags of pellets and an instruction manual (flexpipe not available). It is roughly 26 inches wide by 24 long and 21 tall.

It comes with a surround that goes over the unit and in front of your existing fireplace. The hole in the surround measures 21 inches by 22 inches. Our fireplace is approximately 21 inches and 37 1/2 inches wide. The instruction manual states that there should be the following clearance from the unit:

Side wall to Unit - 12 inches
Backwall to Unit - 1 inch
Corner to Unit - 1 inch
Minimum Alcove Width - 48 inches
Minimum Alcove Height - 48 inches

Behr Premium Plus Ultra Paint (Huntingdon) $25

I thought it would take more paint, but one-gallon was plenty. If I were covering a lighter colored room, one coat would likely have been enough. The paint usually costs $36.00/gallon. This is a nice shade of pink...not very alarming. I tried to capture the shade in my picture.
