1920's Conn New Wonder II alto saxophone (Knoxdale, PA (near Punxsutawney)) $1000

This is a 1920's C.G. Conn, LTD. New Wonder II alto saxophone made in Elkhart, Indiana, USA. It is silver coated with gold on the inner bell, has ivory fingerpads and rollers, and a pitch adjustable neck. It is in playing condition but a few lower leather pads will need replaced in the near future. It also comes with all of the needed equipment to play and maintain it including the neck strap, two NEW reeds, key oil (new and original bottle), cork grease, a marching band sheet-music attachment bracket, and all the cleaning tools and cloths required for maintenance. The case, however, has been well used and shows it's age; but it is solid and latches tightly shut. This is a VERY beautiful instrument and is a family heirloom. Please, serious inquiries only. Price IS negotiable.
