Part-Time Telerecruiter (Johnstown)

The American Red Cross is the largest supplier of blood, plasma and tissue products in the United States. Nearly 6,000,000 donations are made at Red Cross blood drives each year and sent to more that 3,000 hospitals nationwide. People undergoing surgery, accident victims, cancer patients, hemophiliacs and other depend on the American Red Cross Blood Services.


As a Telerecruiter, you will be:
• Supporting the recruitment phase of blood services by telephoning prospective donors.
• Handling objections and scheduling appointments for bloodmobiles and fixed site centers.
• Maintain accountability with donors through verifying telephone calls and reminder postcards.
• Must be able to work Monday through Thursday 2pm – 8pm, 1 Friday per month, and 3 Saturdays per month.

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED.
• Telemarketing/Call Center experience preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service experience or sales experience highly desired.
