Needing Childcare (I-40 and Washington)

I am looking for childcare for my two month old daughter. I'm looking for someone who has the flexibility to keep her at our house most of the time, but also at your location when needed. I do not mind your own child coming with you, provided that he/she is well behaved and you are capable and comfortable caring for them both. I do ask that you do the baby's laundry every few days, wash her bottles as needed, and occasionally run some errands. I'll need someone for four days a week, including every weekend, from either 10-6 or 9-5, depending on work schedule. I also need every other week Thursdays (either day or evening) at your house. I am requesting a (paid) trial run to make sure that everything will go smoothly, and that can be arranged as soon as possible for the right person.

Non-negotiables:
Own car (safe condition) and good driving record.
Clean background check (please be prepared to provide the necessary information)

I am paying $100 weekly.

Looking for evening childcare in our home (NE Amarillo)

We are looking for someone to watch our one year old daughter in our home from about 5pm to 2am, Tuesday through Saturday (Friday and Saturday for sure, but Tue-Thurs may be flexible). She is a super easy baby and goes down for the night by 8pm. We have 500+ satellite channels at your disposal, and if you have a laptop you can use our high speed internet. This would be a great job for a college student since there's a lot of downtime for homework. You'd basically only be "working" for 3-4 hours.

She just doesn't seem qualified from her ad...it needs work is all!! I wouldn't leave my kids there all day, I just wouldn't even call to ask questions about her very low rate, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I began to my response trying to help her, because I too have a childcare business in my home, and a dog as well. My kids aren't going to abuse animals. They are going to learn to take care of them responsibly! I have also turned people away because I am full with two full time families...All I can responsibly handle with two kids of my own!


Ferrets and Guinea pigs smell and seem dirty. I love pitbulls. Bethany- I think you'd have more responses if you took your time making your next ad. Maybe find a home for some of your animals so you can take care of more kids during the day!

I am a college student taking night classes. I have my own home so I could watch the children at my house or yours. I also have safe transportation. I can basically work anytime besides 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until the new school year starts. Seriously just because she's 21 doesn't mean anything. Most likely her husband is supporting them, I'm a young mother, younger than her and I babysit for extra cash and my husband supports me and our daughter. Just because she has pets doesn't mean shit. There are alot of parents that want their children growing up around pets and them knowing the proper way to treat them unlike yall's brats who probably abuse animals and think it's ok. I have a german shepard and 3 pitbulls and I have a very thriving childcare business. All three sets of parents are perfectly happy with the way I am and my dogs. I have actually turned people away. Yall are like one of the few people that mind pets. Ferrets don't carry diseases you idiot no pet does as long as they are properly cared for. It's hard but there is a way to make it to where ferrets don't stink. What does her spelling matter? People are wanting to know how good she cares for children not if she could win a spelling bee. Alot of the times people are in such hurries they don't even pay attention to stuff like that. Yall don't need to be so judgemental. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Yall don't even know her and should not be judging her like that. I'm sure she has had plenty of emails/calls about childcare.

Hi my name is Jessie and I have been doing Child care for 3 years. I have a great group of kids during the day and I have decided to start keeping kids at night. Seeking childcare/housecare provider (SW Amarillo)

Couple with two children ages 1 and 3 seeking a qualified nanny/housekeeper for the full time hours of 8:30 -6:30 Monday though Friday. No weekends will ever be needed. We are seeking someone that is CPR qualified (Hopefully) and experince with childcare absolutely necessary. Please do not respond if you do not have extensive experience. I will be calling references to check. On the housekeeping side, we would need the apartment picked up every day (nothing heavy just picked up on the surface), deep clean once a week and laundry as needed. You will also run errands like dry cleaners, grocery store, etc. as needed but not very often. This is a full time position. The grandparents of the children live in town, and there is a chance occasionally that they will relieve you before 6:30. You will be respnsible for feeding kids lunch, naps, snacks, and most important keeping them stimulated throughout the day. If we feel that you are coming over and sitting on the phone/television/computer all day we will let you go. We want our kids learning and interacting as much as possible all day. I am looking for a person that has the energy and intelligence to keep the kids entertained all day and the ability to keep the apartment picked up and tidy all of the time.

Pay is $200/week cash. You are always welcome to eat at our house and we will always reimburse or pay you up front for any expense associated with our needs.
