Property Preservation Contractor (Amarillo and Surrounding Areas)

A Fort Worth based mortgage field services company is looking for contractors in the Amarillo and surrounding areas. Our business maintains a variety of foreclosed properties and does routine maintenance throughout both residential and commercial settings.
We are looking for contractors that can run their own crews and have their own equipment. Applicants will be responsible for completing assigned tasks, filling out necessary property condition reports; taking digital photographs of the work and bids they are completing and maintaining an open-line of communication with our company’s headquarters regarding the status of assigned projects.

Applicants will be responsible for:
Traveling to different assigned properties throughout local counties completing assigned tasks.
Required equipment to complete assigned tasks includes: a truck, trailer, lawn mowers, weed-eaters, power drills, basic tool set components, a digital camera, a cell phone to communicate from the field, and a computer with an internet-based connection to send completed work related data.
Basic general contractor type jobs include: initial securing, trashouts, reglazing windows, grass cuts, on-site bid approvals, evictions, lock changes, winterizations, debris removal, basic plumbing, and basic home repairs.
Skills/Qualifications: Contractor knowledge , decision making skills, problem solving skills, self-motivated, results driven, basic typing and computer knowledge and an effective communicator.

Seeking Full Time Nanny/Housekeeper (Southwest Amarillo)

Couple with two children ages 1 and 3 seeking nanny/housekeeper for the hours of 8:30 -6:30 Monday though Friday. We are seeking someone that is CPR qualified (Hopefully) and experince with childcare absolutely necessary. I will be calling references to check. On the housekeeping side, we would need the apartment picked up every day, deep clean once a week and laundry as needed. You will also run errands like dry cleaners, grocery store, etc. as needed but not very often. This is a full time position. The grandparents of the children live in town, and there is a chance occasionally that they will relieve you before 6:30. You will be respnsible for feeding kids lunch, naps, snacks, and most important keeping them stimulated throughout the day. If we feel that you are coming over and sitting on the phone/television/computer all day we will let you go. We want our kids learning and interacting as much as possible all day. I am looking for a person that has the energy and intelligence to keep the kids entertained all day and the ability to keep the apartment picked up and tidy all of the time.

• Receive FedEx, UPS, and freight line shipments from commercial vendors and U.S. Government supply depots.
• Ensure the accuracy of all receiving documents, including matching forms (PO, packing slip, computer printout) relative to receiving activities.

• Assure that receiving counts match purchase orders and packing slips documents and resolve any discrepancies.

• Follow all Base Service Center procedures and processes.
