We are a young couple with no children, engaged to be married, looking for a house to start off in. One or two bedrooms would be fine, just as long as the house is in good condition.

Trailer houses and Manufactured homes are definitely feasible.

We DO have a cat and three housetrained dogs, so a fenced yard (front, back, or both) would be nice, but it's not a must-have. One of our dogs can be an outside-only dog, but the other two can not survive being outdoors 24/7.

Landlords who do not allow pets need not reply, because they will go where we go.

Single person single dewlling (Western Panhandle)

I was born in Texas and looking to move back from Montana. I would like to find something in the western panhandle but I am not set on that. Temp-long term (Amarillo) $400

I am an Executive from Bay Area California relocating to Amarillo area and have a minimal amount of operating capital left in which to perform this relocation..
I am therefore looking for a cost effective temporary; long term if the right opportunity presents itself; living situation for myself, fiancee and our 3 pets (2 cats and 1 dog). The dog is of the larger breed variety, but at 13 years young he is of no inconvenience, i.e. doesn't chew stuff, is very house broken and prefers to spend his days and nights lounging/sleeping..
I will be arriving in Amarillo on the first of November and will have my own furniture, however will be securing a storage unit for my office equipment and furniture which I will be using in the future once I get an office in the coming months. So I will consider both furnished and unfurnished offers..
I am hopeful to find a place in the $400 a month range initially, but again for the correct situation would consider up to $700 a month. Giving that I am 100% unaware of the next 3-6months in terms of markets in Amarillo a month to month rental situation is preferred but will consider a 6 month lease agreement.
