Bilingual person needed to take sales calls and show properties (Amarillo TX)

My local Real Estate company is looking for someone who speaks very good Spanish and English to help answer sales calls and to show houses for sale or rent. You must:
1. Have dependable transportation
2. Like working with people
3. Be polite and courteous
4. Dress casual but not sloppy or trashy
5. Have flexible hours
6. Have a good personality

This job is very part time. There are no office hours. You must be able to answer phone calls from home and be available to go show houses with very little notice. This is the perfect job for someone who stays at home most of the time but would like to make some good extra money. If you have a full time job please don't apply. The pay is 100% commission, but the pay plan is very well worth your time. More than many part time jobs pay. This job is very fun and exciting. Courrier (Run Errands) (Amarillo TX)

Local Real Estate company looking for somoeone to run errrands part time. Usually once or 2-3 times per week, sometimes more. Must have dependable transportation and be personable and presentable. No thugs please! Must be able to work afternoons and some evenings. Pay is by the job. We need someone who we can call to put out yard signs, post late notices, collect rent, take documents to the title company, etc. This is great extra money for the right person. It is also a fun job.
