Real Estate Investor Assistant (Amarillo and Canyon)

I am a buyer for Amarillo Discount Properties LLC. I am looking for a well-informed individual who is interested in earning fees
or equity profits by locating real estate that fits my buying needs. This is an open invitation to anyone interested in earning
several thousand dollars monthly income.

How You Will be Paid:
I pay a finder's fee or commission on any lead you send me that I purchase.

Real Estate Opportunities I Will Consider:
I will consider real estate opportunities in any condition within Amarillo and Canyon, as long as they present cash flow or equity potential.

Any property owner is a prospect for you to earn a potential fee or equity profit. There are literally dozens of methods of
locating motivated owners. When we agree to become associated, I will give you training on how to locate and negotiate
with real estate owners. I prefer not to negotiate with agents.

How I Generally Purchase:
When you refer a property to me and assure me that there is a potential cash flow or equity profit, I will supply the required
down payment and write the offer. Generally, my offers are short and simple. I buy with cash, my offers are not contingent
on financing. I purchase AS-IS and usually pay all closing costs. Once an offer is accepted, I either purchase or recast the
property within a short period of time.

How You Are Protected:
Real estate brokers, agents, and non-licensees are protected by a written Non-Circumvent and Fiduciary Consultant
Agreement. This concept gives you the FREEDOM to locate and negotiate with sellers of properties that are not listed. You
need not depend on listings or uncooperative sellers.
