FINANCIAL ANALYST INTERN (Ames, IA)

JOB TITLE: FINANCIAL ANALYST INTERN
Position Overview: The Sirrah Bios Financial Analyst Intern is responsible for performing procedures in support of financial and administrative personnel. This is a part-time position with potential to develop into a full-time opportunity.
Essential Job Functions
• Adheres to the guidelines in the Code of Federal Regulations § 107.1: Vet/Client/Patient Relationship
• Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Handle Weekly Reporting duties
• Assist in accounting of various Grants awarded to company
• Understand relationship of various divisions within the company
• Assist in purchasing, shipping, and receiving as needed
• Handling minor to moderate customer concerns
• Report to Administrative Assistant, Financial Manager and Chief Operating Officer
• Perform other duties as needed
Desirable Skills/Abilities
• Enthusiastic and driven personality
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

I need help with Quick Books (Savage)

I need some help setting up Quick Books for my small business. I have the software and them I'm stuck! Actually, I would be able to get it figured out- I would just like someone to come in and offer a little training and help with set-up. I would need some continuing help here and there over the next year depending on how time consuming the data entry is. You need not be an accountant but please be very sure of your skills. I can't pay much but I am not asking for too much either.
