Vintage & Collectible Board Games from 50's & 60's (Ames) $10

For sale individually or by the bunch are a number of vintage board games from the 50’s and 60’s. I've been collecting old board games for a while, but I would like to clear up some space in my house. You won’t find games like this every day. Many are unique collectible games that have been long out of print. Others are much older editions of well-known classics, with vintage graphics and playing pieces.


Some of the older games show their age on the outer boxes (split sides, faded colors, etc.) Some of the games may be missing several pieces, but they are still playable (you might need to use some creativity making replacement pieces). Others have well-worn boxes, yet the contents have been rarely used and are in nice shape. Individual prices are listed, or make an offer on multiple games. Monkees Memorabilia (Ames)

Hello! I have a ton of Monkees memorabilia for sale. I was an avid collector when I was in high school and college, but due to recent economic changes, am forced to sell my beloved collectibles. Star Wars Movie Posters and Cardboard Stand Ups (Ames, IA)

I have five Star Wars Movie posters. I believe they are all from the re release in the late 90's. However only to of them indicate that on the poster. They are all on the original cardboard under the original plastic. It looks as if at some point they were exposed to a little moister but you would not be able to tell if you put them in a proper frame. I AM ONLY SELLING THESE AS A SET. I am asking $100 for all five posters.

I also have a two card board stand ups. One is of Darth Vader and the other of Princess Leah. Both show minor wear. I am asking $30 a piece or $50 for both.

Heavy and beautiful lead crystal bud vase. Stands 6 3/4 inches tall, and is 2 1/2 inches in diameter across the top. Top is six sided. Unknown maker, but very sparkly and heavy. No chips, cracks or scratches.

Lead crystal lidded candy dish USA heart design (Nevada) $6

Lidded candy dish from Fifth Avenue Crystal. Made in USA from 24% PbO crystal. Eight-sided round bowl has a scalloped edge and eight hearts arranged around the sides. Lid has a heart shaped knob at the top. Stands 6 1/4 inches tall to the top of the lid, and bowl portion is 4 3/4 in diameter.

No chips, cracks or scratches. It looks new and still has the original sticker on the side. Does NOT come in original box.

MIKASA lead crystal trinket box w/ lid (Nevada) $5

Oneida lead crystal vase or candle holder (Nevada) $5

Lovely small lead crystal dish for use as a tealight holder or vase. Made by Oneida Crystal in Germany. Faceted on the sides, and has a scalloped edge surrounded by a frosted border decorated with roses. The facets make a sparkling light display when a candle is placed in the glass, while the frosted edge glows warmly.

3 3/4 inches tall, and 4 inches in diameter across the top. Free from chips, cracks or scratches, and looks brand new. Still has the black and gold Oneida Crystal sticker on the side, but lacks the original box.

I have a LARGE BEANIE BABIE COLLECTION for sale. There are around 300 or so, as I have 9- 34 Gallon Totes full and about 80 or so I have setting around the house. These range in Dates from 2 years or so after the Beanies were first started by TY, to the very end of the collection craze. They are all MINT with most all of them having hang tag protectors and some even tush tag protectors. I have several sets that were issued for various overseas collections. Franklin Mint Thomason Medallic Bible (Ames, IA) $200

This is a 1970 Franklin Mint album of 60 bronze coins depicting 60 significant biblical events with associated scripture on the back of each coin. The coins are in Mint Condition but the album cover front and back had something sticky spill on it and has cardboard stuck to the front and back. A solvent of some sort would likely clean it up well. The coins are perfect and really are beautiful and well protected. The set is quite heavy as the coins are 1-3/4" in diameter and about 1/8" thick. Almost 40 years old now this collectible set will only increase in value. MUST SEE TO APPRECIATE!
