Seeking models for glamour photos (Marshalltown)

Looking for attractive female models (ages 19-28) to pose for glamour style images (bikini, lingerie, plus some nude and semi-nude shots). My preference is for women who have no tattoos or major piercings, but one or two small tattoos would not be a problem. I've been into glamour photography (as a hobby) for the last 4 years and have had just 8 shoots so far, and need new models to help me improve my photography. I’m mostly interested in trying to create images that are similar to classic Playboy photos from the 1950’s and 60’s and also the work of glamour photographers such as Peter Gowland and Bunny Yeager. Modeling experience is preferred, but will certainly consider anyone with the right look who has an interest in modeling and who may have practiced some posing on her own. Pay is $50 an hour for a minimum shoot of 2 to 3 hours (I prefer 3 hours, but some models seem to tire after just 2) and the model will receive copies of some of the better images from the shoot once they have been retouched. I leave it up to the model whether she wants to sign a model release. If no release is signed, then nothing public will be done with the photos. If a release is signed, then I may want to post a few examples from the shoot on a certain glamour photography forum for critique. I will gladly send examples of some of my work to those who are interested in this type of modeling. Thanks!
