Looking for a room in a house (Ames)

I am a student getting a 2nd degree at ISU. I have lived on my own for a while, so would prefer not to go back to a dorm/apartment situation. I might teach music lessons for extra income if it is possible (probably about afternoon/evening per week) and am otherwise fairly quiet.
