An international wealth management firm seeks to hire a disciplined individual, to join our client relationship management department.

Essential Functions:

• Development and implementation of our client relationship services.

• This role requires a confident and driven individual that has a strong background in client on-boarding, understands the keys to client satisfaction and is familiar with the risks associated with the client on-boarding process, client account maintenance and ongoing client servicing needs.

• The incumbent will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of processes and procedures to execute a proficient full lifecycle client administration process.

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of fiduciary obligations and trust relationship issues.

• Undergraduate degree required.

• 1-3+ years of experience in financial services administration.

Required Skills/Working Knowledge of:

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and MS Access.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management across the firm and external service providers.

• The ability to learn new systems quickly will be expected.

• The manager must be able to work independently and make sound decisions where warranted.

• The manager will be expected to be able to work under tight deadlines and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
