Maintenance Manager (Cebu, Philippines)

JOB PURPOSE
Develop and establish manuals, processes, and procedures for the Maintenance Section.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and document facility and operations manual, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement business processes that assure cost efficient facility operations and minimize/eliminate unplanned infrastructure and building systems downtime.
- Responsible for effective cost management associated with maintaining facilities and equipment.
- Audit existing energy management processes, and develop more effective management plan.
- Develop comprehensive annual property inspection process for facilities and locations.
- Implement and ensure adherence to facilities standard operations and maintenance policies, procedures and work instructions across all properties and facilities.
- Assure personnel are trained and adhere to safe work practices.
- Identify and implement corrective action on work hazards.
- Assure and enforce safety hazards and compliance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline.
- 5 years of Maintenance Management experience from within a Hotel/Campus/Studio environment

• Position will be for a project-based (3 to 6 months) with possibility to be upgraded to a longer term.***
