Position overview:

The Production Assistant supports all aspects of the video production projects. You are responsible for completion of a high volume of production and personalisation projects on time, on budget and on quality. To this end, you perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, coordinating all resources and stakeholders; setting deadlines; assigning responsibilities; and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of the projects.
Responsibilities include:

Planning
o Select shooting guidelines from Spotzer library or brief creative planner to create a new ones
o Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones for all resources using our proprietary work flow tool

Day-to-Day Management
o Coordinate freelancers; such as videographers, editors, copy writers and voice-over talent
o Assemble assets required for production team to perform tasks
o Efficiently and competently manage problems -- when things go off plan (due to scope-creep, changed requirements, missed deadlines etc.) bring them back on plan or create a new plan with the assistance of key-stakeholders
o Make sure the work meets requirements and maintain a high level of quality

Experience required:

The ideal candidate is someone with the following profile:

o Experience in an advertising agency or media production environment
o Ability to work collaboratively within a team
o Work independently to meet goals
Education and Skills
o Excellent interpersonal skills
o Excellent telephone skills
o Good English language skills
o Dutch language preferred

Payment:

We are interested in a payment of 35 Euros for a design and a commission based on how our loyal customers relater with your design. In the line of approximately 5% of all sales profits of the t-shirt. You retain ownership of your art and the description of the design will give all worthy reference to you as the artist.
