The room is non-smoking, and for those that are allergic to cat hair, note that I have a house cat.

The house is friendly, relaxed but professional and has a lovely low maintenance patio garden with beautiful trees, a BBQ, chairs and a parasol. One of the housemates keeps his bicycle stored outside here. There is also a shed with some gardening tools. The back garden is very private from other residents and thus is perfect for a social event, a braai or just a birthday party.

In the kitchen/diner is everything you need such as a dish washer, dryer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, snackwicher and many more cooking utensils. We have ample fridge space between the five residents of the house as we have three full fridge/freezer units, there is also plenty of drawer storage space. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom has been marked according to room numbers so everyone has a space to place their belongings.
