It is one Huron st next to Third, so its about a 10 min walk to campus and is two blocks from Main St. There is an amazing backyard with lots of flowering plants with a fish pond and parking is free. For utilities the water is free, electricity is set at $15 a month and the gas is billed monthly. The apartment is in a house with 4 other apartments with the laundry in the basement. The laundry is a flat rate of $12 a month for a key to the door. The only weird thing about the place is that it doesn't really have a kitchen. I have a kitchen set up right now that works fine once you get used to it. There's a cabinet, microwave stand, toaster oven and fridge. All together it works well as a kitchen and the fridge and microwave came with the place.
