Crew members needed for film (Ann Arbor)

I am a director of the Christian film "BLUR" that I wrote and currently have a writer that is revising the script. I am in need of crew members that would be interested in gaining more experience or who wouldn't mind working with inexperienced filmmakers trying to get their foot in the film industry. I currently have a Production Manager and Assistant Director.

I need:

Executive Producer
Camera Person
Lighting Director
Make-up artist
Sound Person
Art Person
Script Supervisor
Assistant Producers

I am also looking for someone who would want to Direct because I may not be in Michigan for very long and would need someone who would feel comfortable taking my place. I want the project to continue to go one especially with the hard work that the cast and crew members put into this project so I want to secure a new Director for the project before I leave. I will continue to be in contact with the crew members because I am also a storyboard artist so I will be sending the storyboards to the Production Manager.

We are looking for funding at the moment to try to pay the crew members and renting equipment. But if you have your own camera and lighting equipment that would be very helpful.
