2007 Mazdaspeed3 GT | Very Clean | Turbo (A2/Ferndale) $15500

For sale: A very clean black 2007 Mazdaspeed3 GT with 45500 miles(mainly highway) and all options except navigation. I love this car and it hurts me to have to sell it, but times have changed and so have priorities. I've been the only owner of the vehicle and have taken meticulous care of it. I treated the car to a wash, wax and clay baring almost every weekend. It's incredibly clean inside and out. This car is very fun and very, very fast. The engine is a 2.3L turbocharged DISI that puts out 263 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. I tend to average 20 in the city and 29 on the highway. It also comes with an extra set of 16" snow tires mounted on black steel wheels, for an easy winter swap. Lots of good tread left. I also just put a brand new set of Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 tires on for the summer.

Also, I live in Ferndale and work in Ann Arbor. I'm happy to drive the car out for a showing. The car is in great condition and will make the next owner very happy. Feel free to call if you have any questions 248.953.3734.

Controller, 4 stroke motor and all the electrical components to get it up and running.
Also comes with a new case for the controller..
This plane is a great flyer.

The last time the plane flown I had a bit of a rough landing and broke the firewall in half.
I installed a new firewall and almost have the plane complete. I haven’t touched the plane in over a year. There is some work left to do and with a little time and very little money, this plane could be airborne. The only part that I know wound need to be purchased is the cowl (can be purchase at Riders Hobby) Other than that the plane is in good shape. It has a fabric covering for a more authentic look.

Trainer Kit- $175.00

This plane comes with 2-stroke motor and 2 controllers (can be interconnected to each other - The instructor can intervene during flight)
Also comes with a new case for the controllers.

Seems how it's a trainer; it has had some rough landings.
The last landing with this plane was rough. The firewall broke off and I haven’t touched the plane sense.
The only thing that this plane needs is little front-end repair. With a little epoxy and a few adjustments this plane will be ready to fly.

this is a gigantic table, we used for parties or crafts. it is very sturdy, heavy, one piece: although I transported it in my Jeep Liberty part inside and part hanging out the back with flags attached and warning lights flashing across town. It is 8 feet long, 3 feet wide, I can put 14 people around it. Legs are on each corner. Needs a good spray paint or stain or a really pretty table cloth for dinner.

Pet "Cone"to place around head (Saline) $3

This "cone" was made poplular in the movie UP by calling it the cone of "shame" , but in all seriousness if you dog has had ear surgery, an ear infection, been spayed or neutered (they aren't supposed to lick at all). So we needed to buy one these. This fit our lab a few months ago. It is at its largest setting with is 5" for neck and 13" for top. It is just a piece of plastic looped around and doesn't hurt them but does keep them from forbidden places. The smallest setting woudl be 3" by 11" I believe.

Solid Maple Entertainment center. Doors slide along the side when you want the tv exposed. Two seperate areas, one for your television and component, the other for storage. Back of unit has a multi outlet plug so you can plug multiple things into unit but only have one cord going to the wall. This unit was initially over $1000 five years ago. There is one slight imperfection where my daughter set a hot curling iron on the shelf. This would be covered if you had a component on the second shelf, if not-it's not that noticeable. Otherwise, it is in great shape. I am firm on the price since it was such an expensive piece of furniture.
