Beauty/ Hair salon (Ypsilanti) $25

I have a beauty or hair salon for sale. I bought it for my daughter last Christmas but she doesn't play with it anymore. So this is not an old toy - it's in excellent shape. Comes with all you see in the picture - hair dryer, curling iron, scissors, phone and pretend spray bottles. The salon has a mirror, two drawers and a water sprayer that pulls out. No actual water comes out. Everything is pretend - there are no batteries for any of the toys - nothing makes noise. The mirror does not light up. Like I said it was purchased almost a year ago and we paid $50 for it then. The stool that came with the salon broke almost immediately so we put this Little Tikes durable chair with it. Warhammer 40k - Tau for sale (Ann Arbor) $125

Hi, I recently came across the decision to bolster up my Tyranid and Imperial Guard armies, and to do so I figured I needed to make some sacrifices Therefor I am selling my Tau army that never took off, which includes a battleforce, Crisis Suit Commander, and a broadside battlesuit.

I will sell stuff individually if you want, but you have to pick it up. Otherwise, if you want to buy all of it or a large majority of it, I am willing to meet up at a warhammer gaming club or something to do the trade if you want.

Here's more detail as to what I have:

x1 Crisis Suit Commander (Retail $30), Selling for: $20 (over 30% off). He isn't posed very well. He also has magnetized arms and a few magnetized weapons, and all of his bits come with him. Painted as well.
x1 Crisis Suit (Retail $20), Selling for: $15 (25% off). This model is actually in great condition and has a nice pose. He is primed and comes with his 4 weapon options.
x1 Broadside Battlesuit (Retail $35), Selling for: $25 (30% off). I magnetized his railguns, but rather poorly. They are unbalanced, and it's going to be some work to get the glue out of the sockets to put the railguns in properly if you wanted to do that.
x3 Stealthsuits (Retail $20), Selling for: $15 (25% off). These guys are amazingly well painted, but one of the guns is still just primed black and unpainted.
x1 Devilfish (Retail $35), Selling for: $25 (30% off). Assembled as it's supposed to be, but the landing gears need some fixing on the bottom. Comes with the extras like hunter killer missile, etc.
x12 Kroot (Retail $35), Selling for $25 (30% off). All assembled and primed black.
x12 Firewarriors (Retail $35), Selling for $25 (30% off). All assembled and painted, not the best quality of poses or painting. Also comes with 2 gundrones.

If you want to buy it all together, I'll sell it for $125 (40% off total retail value of them all together).

It keeps score and has many years of life. No scratches on it. My camera is broken so I can not post it but you can see it as its all cleaned up in my living room right now. Piper Kit- $175.00

I bought this plane and built it a few years ago.
It comes with:
Controller, 4 stroke motor and all the electrical components to get it up and running.
Also comes with a new case for the controller..
This plane is a great flyer.

The last time the plane flown I had a bit of a rough landing and broke the firewall in half.
I installed a new firewall and almost have the plane complete. I haven’t touched the plane in over a year. There is some work left to do and with a little time and very little money, this plane could be airborne. The only part that I know wound need to be purchased is the cowl (can be purchase at Riders Hobby) Other than that the plane is in good shape. It has a fabric covering for a more authentic look.

Trainer Kit- $175.00

This plane comes with 2-stroke motor and 2 controllers (can be interconnected to each other - The instructor can intervene during flight)
Also comes with a new case for the controllers.

Seems how it's a trainer; it has had some rough landings.
The last landing with this plane was rough. The firewall broke off and I haven’t touched the plane sense.
The only thing that this plane needs is little front-end repair. With a little epoxy and a few adjustments this plane will be ready to fly.

These are amazing chairs. They are made like they made them in the "old days" - real wood and made to last. My dad refinished them for our family and we have used them for a decade until now. Honestly, they may need some varnish on them and you may want to replace the seat covers b/c we put a "pleather" on ours to get us through the toddler years. This dollhouse is not quite a "handy man special" but it does need some TLC. It is huge with 7 rooms and that includes living room, dining room, kitchen, bath, entry, nursery, master bedroom. Each room is furnished with very cool furniture... that alone is worth the price. It measured 32" across and 21" frrom peak to ground and 21" deep. It is handmade and the roofing was never finished. So you can take off the shingles or add on. The windows have panes, except for two. There are also tiny kitchen thing and food cans included. I am posting pictures, but you have to see it.
