I offer weight management and nutrition plans, guidance for beginners, fitness testing and assessments, strength training programs and cardiovascular training. You'll get regular evaluations of your fitness program and progress, and body fat analysis for those who want it.



Because I realize many people don’t want to go to a crowded gym and prefer the convenience of exercising in their own home, I mainly offer private in-home training sessions. That means I'll come to your home to train you if you're in the local area. No equipment? No problem. I can advise you on what you need to get started.

You may also train here if you'd like. I have plenty of equipment to train almost anyone.


I custom design each individual’s program for their own specific needs, goals and fitness level. Whether you’re just starting out and want to make minor improvements or you’re more serious and have advanced training goals, I can customize a program that will work for you.



Some people may want to lose weight and have tried things in the past that never worked. Some believe they will never be able to drop weight but that is not true. Anyone can lose or gain size. You just need the right system created specifically for YOU. If you have been strength training for awhile and have hit a point where you can't seem to gain more strength, there are training systems to help you get beyond that. No matter what your goal, it can work for you if you follow the program. Even if you have certain medical conditions, you can almost surely exercise and get great benefits, and your program would just be adjusted to suit your needs.



I am offering rates as low as $22 per session, if you purchase 10 sessions, or 5 for $120 ($24 per session), or single sessions for $30. Prices may be adjusted slightly for travel distance if I come to your home to train you. Your first consultation will be free, where we'd sit down and discuss your specific goals and I can answer any questions you might have. There would be some initial paperwork to fill out or take along with you. At this time you can decide if this is something that sounds right for you.
