Engagement Photographer (Appleton)

I need a single photographer/videographer for a 2-3 hour period to discreetly follow me and my soon-to-be fiance around on the night of our engagement. You'd be tasked with shooting a variety of pictures and video footage throughout the evening, preferably without her knowing you even exist. =) I would require that the pictures be captured by a DSLR camera, preferably one that also has the ability to shoot at least 720P video.
