Eating Disorders Anonymous (Harmony Cafe, Appleton)

A new Eating Disorders Anonymous (EDA) support group is meeting weekly at Harmony Cafe on 233 College Ave in Appleton on Fridays from 6-7pm in the "Red Room" (in the far upper level)

There are no dues or fees to attend, and the only requirement for membership is a desire to recover from an eating disorder. The group follows the 12 step format utilized by AA, and is focused on sharing our experience, strength and hope in maintaining recovery from eating disorders.

Looking for support group Adult ADD (Spouses Of) (Fox valley wi)

I'm looking for either a support OR ladies who have been in a similar situation that would be willing to "talk" about it with me.

I am a 30 something married woman. My husband has been diagnosed with Adult ADD. Our marriage is going down the tubes. I have turned over every rock I can possibly think of to "help" him and to save our marriage....... THis is my last hope - to learn more as to what I can DO to save this marriage.

Counseling has not helped, nor been able to recommend a support group.

I am the main (and sole) breadwinner for our family of 4 - we have 2 kids ages 5 and 2. The stress of that enormous. I feel trapped and like I'm a single mother of three (not married with 2 kids).......The responsiblity of all of this on my shoulders is stupendous, enough to crumble me.

Please, please, someone help me. I love the man I married, but I cannot live the rest of my life "like this" and unless I overturn and "try" one more thing I haven't already, my next rock I over turn is to be divorce. PS: He was not always like this - it showed up most recently (about 3 yrs ago) and he finally got diagnosed (after much fighting with him to agree to go get tested/see the doctor) only about 5 months ago. I'm not even buying it that this "adult ADD" even is to blame for half of the "issues" but since I have no one to bounce things off of, I have no idea whta is Adult ADD vs. what is simply his lacking, uncaring, incompetence.

Tips on CORNSTARCH and Eye stains...

This is my favorite, a small amount of cornstarch placed in the corner of the eye will catch the tears so they do not run down the face. I do this when we are cutting teeth every morning and every afternoon, what happens is the tears pool on the cornstarch and quit running, which in turns dries the face and makes it so the yeast has no place to thrive.
You must to this religiously for it to work.
Also, place a little corn starch in your Bullie's nose folds and other areas that Yeast can hide - the corn starch will keep the areas dry.

Do you have anxiety or worry that you may die from your tobacco use? I do, every day!!
