I am selling, or possibly trading a cottage on Silver Lake near Iron River, MI, which would be just over 2 hours from Green Bay. The lake is very quiet and peaceful, the only time you get much for company up there is on holiday weekends, and even then it is much quieter than you would ever expect. The lake is 150 acres, and has a lot of bass and blue gill and is a full recreation lake that you could learn to ski on. There is 100 feet of frontage, and the shore line is a sand/rock mix, but is still very good for kids. ¾ of the lake is surrounded by the Ottawa national forest. There is not public access to the lake other than walking through the national forest to get there because all the roads that go to the homes are private. There is no boat landing on the lake, so everyone usually launches off of their own land or one of the neighbors which is why you usually have the lake to yourself. The cottage is a mobile home that has been updated with a peak roof, and has an addition on it with a basement below the addition. It has electric heat, gas heat, and has a wood furnace. There is also a bunk house/ storage shed, and a 2 stall garage. There is also a dock with the property. Our asking price is 134,900, but that is negotiable.

I am looking to rent a house or lower apartment that has preferrably 3 bedrooms but will settle for 2 if needed. $650/month is the maximum monthly rent that I am looking to pay. Needs to allow a small dog and a cat to live in the home.

My situation is that I cannot pay for a security deposit until January and for December's rent as well as January's I can only afford to pay $200. II would be able to pay the remaining difference plus an inconvenience fee come tax time, so that would be the end of January or beginning of February. I am a single mother and receive a rather large tax return (I can show you the last 3 years of returns as proof) and will pay off what I owe you at that time as well as the next 6 months of rent. I had an awesome landlord that knew my situation and allowed me to pay him in this manner for two years in a row. I can provide you with a number to get in contact with him so he can speak on my behalf that I do actually pay a large lump sum of rent come tax time.

I was recently turned down for disability even though I have Multiple Sclerosis, so I am planning on finding a job that is less physically demanding than my previous career path as a CNA. But until I do get employed somewhere my two young children and I live off of food stamps, energy assistance, and $500-$600/month in child support. That is the reason I cannot pay the correct amount of rent right away.

Please someone find it in your heart to do this huge favor so that my children and I are not out on the streets!!! My current landlord simply cannot make her ends meet if she were to arrange such a payment plan so we have to be out of our current home by December 1st. Please don't make my kids and I spend Christmas at the homeless shelter this year!

I'm a 24 year old, college educated male moving to Appleton for work in a Business Analyst Role and am looking for a place to live. I've been an amateur musician/producer all my life as well. I'm looking for somewhere to live that is musician friendly.

I'll be working a 9-5 job, but enjoy playing, recording, producing music as my primary hobby. I primarily play guitar and some piano. I am very considerate and quiet (with the exception of when I'm trying to record something), but am definitely flexible and can work around any schedule.

My ideal living situation would be to live with 1-2 other roommates that are as passionate about music and recording as myself. Somewhere where we could have a room or basement set-up with our gear to record and play and don't have to worry about it being unsafe or theft, etc. I would love someone that's in their 20s or 30s, that plays bass or drums (so I could take advantage of your skills on recordings) :)

We are a couple expecting our first baby this February. We have two medium sized dogs and are looking for a place that would accept both, but I have a really great home lined up for one if you would only consider one dog. (Both are extremely well-behaved, 100% house trained and quiet, for the most part-one barks only when someone is at the door, the other almost never barks. Both are kenneled when home alone, but I am home most of the time so they are rarely left alone.)

I'm just trying to get a feel for what's available in Fond du Lac near the lakeside park. We're planning to move from Chicago when our lease runs out in about 10 months. We like older-style buildings (not run down, but we love the character of hardwood floors, wood molding, etc), want a yard for our son who will be about 16 months old when we move, and we both work at home. Ideally the rental will include all appliances, heat and water. If not we're looking to pay less than $800 per month in rent, heat and water combined. And it's pretty key for us to be able to walk to the park and lake, and hopefully walk to a grocery store and other conveniences. We like to walk. Also, I'd like to do some gardening in the yard and some painting/decorating inside. A house or duplex is ideal, but the right apartment will work.
