SKIDSTEER WORK (OSHKOSH)

I need someone with a small skidsteer to grade a yard in Oshkosh.
It is a small 50' lot and there in not alot of room along the sides of the house.
This is a new home so I need someone who is a good operator.

Need help installing Gas Furnace (Appleton)

I am in need of someone to help install a Gas Furnace. I currently have an oil furnace and I am purchasing a 'Used' gas furnace. The oil furnace will need to be disconnected and the gas furnace put in its place. Also, there will need to be some sheet metal work done.

Need skilled craftsman for extensive remodel (North Appleton)

I'm about to undertake a remodeling project that will require some skilled trades so I'm looking for someone with experience in all fields.....carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry (including concrete cutting), insulating, sheet rocking, flooring, cabinetry, etc.

Not only will you need these skill sets, but you'll need to have some knowledge as to code requirements.

First and foremost, I'm looking for someone who is licensed and insured. I'll also require multiple references.

The work will be on a "as needed" basis, based on when each phase of the job is ready to be undertaken. I prefer to find someone who will work on an hourly basis so please provide me with your hourly wage requirements. Before hiring, I'll require proof of licensing, insurance and references.

I'm hoping to begin work before the end of the year.

I'm looking for someone to paint a bedroom 13x15 with walk in closet 3x10. Also kitchen at a later date. Must be detailed I do not want paint on the molding, also know how to cut in at the ceiling.
