This position is responsible for providing part-time, Co-Facilitator duties for the DRC Appleton AODA Non-Residential AODA Program Services. This person is responsible for maintaining his/her appropriate credentials and/or certifications and appropriate clinical supervision. The person in this position may facilitate, as assigned by the Supervisor, groups related to the DRC Appleton AODA Non-Residential program services. Your supervisor will schedule your work hours according to program need and at that time will authorize how many work hours are approved for any counseling responsibility assigned. This position must maintain strict confidentiality of agency, office and client related information. Services will be performed at the ATTIC office in Appleton.

Duties:
„X Prepare and maintain client files
„X Complete monthly reports
„X Ensure all client paperwork is properly completed
„X Ensure maximum group participant numbers
„X Provide AODA counseling and group facilitation

Minimum Qualification:
„X Counseling, group facilitation experience servicing correctional/AODA clients
„X Ability to relate to a diverse population and to be ethnically and culturally sensitive
„X Excellent interpersonal skills
„X Good organizational skills; detail minded
„X Ability to enforce rules and set discipline
„X AODA certification required
„X Must have a valid driver¡¦s license
„X Must be computer literate
„X Ability to make good judgments in routing and emergency situations
„X Ability to work well with limited direct supervision

Volunteer Manager at The Ten Chimneys Foundation (Genesee Depot)

We are currently looking for an exceptional person to fill the important role of Volunteer Manager at Ten Chimneys Foundation.

The Volunteer Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional efficacy, job satisfaction, and retention of a 200+ person volunteer corps – through creative, proactive cultivation and accurate data management. This position is critical to building and maintaining the large, highly trained volunteer corps necessary for Ten Chimneys Foundation to be a successful arts organization of national scope and significance. The Volunteer Manager is one of the chief Foundation representatives to all volunteers and is devoted to and aware of communicating the values of Ten Chimneys at all times. The Volunteer Manager is also responsible for managing major elements of public tour operations, helping to continue Ten Chimneys’ reputation as one of the most inspirational and innovative historic sites in the country.

Ten Chimneys, the estate lovingly created by theatre legends Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne, is open to the public (May through mid-November) as a world-class house museum and a national resource for theatre and the arts. Ten Chimneys is a landmark unique among our national treasures. The estate’s diverse collections are comprised of the original pieces hand-picked by the Lunts in the 1920s, ’30s, and ’40s. Ten Chimneys is a National Historic Landmark, a “Save America’s Treasures” project site, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Ten Chimneys is located in Genesee Depot, Wisconsin (30 miles west of Milwaukee; 90 miles northwest of Chicago).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years direct experience in volunteer management required.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are critical.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• High computer literacy is essential. Familiarity with Windows operating environment, Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheet programs and willingness and ability to master VISTA scheduling software, etc. is required.
