Accounting Assistant (Penland, NC)

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the processing of invoices for payment and tasks related to the preparation and maintenance of accounts payable. This position monitors the purchase of fixed assets and maintains such records in the accounting system. The assistant is responsible for the input of journal entries, accounts receivable functions, and tuition reconciliation. The position reports to the Director of Finance and is a full time, benefits eligible position.

Payroll Clerk (Asheville, NC)

Payroll position opening in a Corporate Office setting. Duties will include processing payroll for 400 employees in multiple states, new hire entry, reporting, and system detail. Ideal person will have experience in tax reporting, quarter, and year end reporting. They will need to possess a high level of accounting understanding for reconciliation purposes. Minimum 5 years experience in financial institution compliance management.
CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) certification a plus.
