- I have the transfer of vessel documentation from the Wildlife Commission and the trailer was never registered by the former owner so all that is needed is to apply for a NCX# and get the trailer titled from NCDMV if you choose to. If you do not haul it anywhere, you won't need to do that. We lived at a lake so we didn't take it anywhere. ;-) The boat is a 1960 McKenzie and of course the motor is a 65 HP Evinrude.

I bought the boat last year did all the work on the new parts,got it running and took it out one time and had a good time.
The boat ran reasonably well. It did not smoke nor did I hear any odd engine noises. V-Drive shifted smoothly in and out.

In the right hands this boat has great potential.
Clear titles on both boat and trailer.
Trailer is in good shape with good tires,lights and is road worthy.
Price is firm and hundreds less than I have in it.
Now for the "Honest Abe" part.
There are a few things that need attention on the old boat.
The interior isn't the greatest.
The gauges are a little flaky.
There are some gouges/scrapes on the bottom where it has been beached. They are not through the hull and don't leak. These old glass boats are laid pretty darn thick.
I remember there being a leak around the cooling water intake. Probably a loose clamp. Not a scary leak but a constant drip.
I replaced the fuel inlet hose and must not have gotten it at just the right angle. You can pour gas from a can into it fine, but you're in for a struggle at the pump.
I have only had the boat on the water once and just for a few hours at that.
Not much time to weed out every problem.
I believe she has another season or two and maybe more of responsible use left in her.
The main things I would do before splashing it this season are.
Change the oil and the normal tune up procedure.
Fill gouges/ scrapes
Check water inlet leak.
Freshen up the gauge cluster.
I would also have the exhaust manifolds pressure tested they look original and are bad to rust. Not that they are rusted but it's one of those things you can't visually check and you darn sure don't want to get cold water going through a crack and getting on a hot exhaust valve.(Good Preventive CYA maintence.) and should be done yearly anyhow.
Or you could probably skip all that and use it like it is, Add gas, cross your fingers and go. Oh and it'll need a battery, fire extinguisher and the required safety equipment.
Engine reportedly was built a few seasons before I bought it and spent most of it's time in storage. Very few hours on it.
As you can see in the pics the engine block appears to have fresh or newer paint. It doesn't appear to be a quickie rattle can job. No overspray everywhere.
No oil leaks & very clean valve train. no gunk buildup.
Transmission was smooth as silk in and out of gear the little time I ran it and don't forsee any problems with it.
Floors are solid and I have noticed one soft spot in the bilge area. not a big spot and unless you're looking hard for soft spots you'de never know it was there.
Carpet is brown shag and ugly but approiate during that era, I guess. 70s Disco Brown blegh.
I couldn't profess about the condition of the stringers. I have no reason to suspect any stringer rot. If the bilge had been sitting with water in it for years and the floors had been soggy, then I would have suspected some some major rot and would have left the boat where I found it.
The boat appeared to have been well cared for and kept dry when not in use.
I paid more for it than I'm asking without hearing it run. Plus all the work and new parts. Only because I KNEW what the boat was and was aware of it's potential.

2005 Sea-Doo RXP Supercharged 215HP. 4-stroke, 4-TEC Rotax 1500cc engine. 37 hours.... Always dealer maintained. Just went in for Spring dealer service checkup...new fluids, cables lubed, everything checked. The ski is mint, extremely fast, not a beginner's craft. 68-69 MPH on the lake all day... This is a STOCK SKI... The only thing ever done to it, was the supercharger had the stainless-steel washer upgrade performed by the dealer when it was purchased new...the ceramic ones they come with are known to fail.
Ski comes with single trailer in great condition with new tires, and spare. Comes with factory cover, 2 lifejackets, and all safety equipment needed to pass water inspection.
Clear NC title (no liens) on both the ski and the trailer. Registered until 2011. Ski has always been in fresh water, and always properly maintained, flushed, and serviced. Again...very low hours....only 37 hours on this beast. Adult owned, never hot-dogged (no offense to you teens out there...), never towed a tube or ski.
My asking price is $6000 which is less than KBB value for just the ski alone, and they don't factor in things like the trailer, the LOW HOURS, and the accessories. Most used RXP's on Craigslist and eBay have over 100 hours on them, make this one yours...it isn't some sloppy seconds that's been rebuilt.

This houseboat is stick built, has a pitched metal roof, blue vinyl siding. It's diminsion is approx 16x 48. It has a 2' deck down each side with a decent size deck on the back and front. The interior has a front room which is a kitchen and dining and living room, the back room is presently a bedroom with enough room for a queen and 2 singles or bunk beds. It has an inside bathroom with a shower and approved toilet. It also has a storage closet. It has built in sink, refridgerator, hot water heater, stereo. It has gas and 12 volts with 2 solar panels for lighting and pumps. You can use and inverter to change it to 110V. It is currently in alarka area, it can stay in it's current location or be moved. It's current location has cables set that it rides on so that part is basically matience free. Is can stand a little work on the inside and a few decking boards need replaced on the outside. I have been looking for a current picture but can't seem to find one, I will post it if i find it. It needs a little work but you can use it like it sits.
