PT childcare needed (West Asheville)

I will need part time childcare for my four-year-old son starting the week after thanksgiving. I will need someone to care for him Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week, at least for the first couple of months, and I would like to be able to drop him off as early as 7:30 in the morning or so and pick him up as late as about 4:00 in the afternoon. Ideally, I would like to have him stay with a stay-at-home mom who cares for kids close to his age in her home, although I will certainly consider some kind of preschool program or a nanny/sitter. Caring for him in my home would not be an option, as I will be doing a lot of painting and working with toxic paint thinners, and don't want him exposed to the fumes.

My son is very energetic, and needs plenty of active play right now. I know this will be difficult because the weather is about to get cold and nasty, but I really don't want him in a situation where he'll be stuck indoors all day. I would really like to find some parents that share some of the same parenting philosophies that I have, including avoiding gender stereotyping, avoiding toy guns/war-related toys, encouraging interest in the outdoors, and maybe doing fun stuff like gardening when the weather gets warm enough. My son plays really well with other children and is very gentle with younger kids, and is usually very cooperative. He is already potty trained (although he still needs the occasional reminder to flush/wash hands properly). He doesn't really take afternoon naps anymore, but we usually try to have an hour of quiet time (reading or some kind of quiet play) after lunchtime. Right now he particularly loves dancing to bouncy music, reading/storytime, puppies, and he's really trying to understand how the world works right now (Definitely in a constant "What's that?"/"Why" phase, and he really appreciates it when people explain the mysteries of the universe to him).

Anyone in the Leicester/West Avl area want to start a co-op? I am approx. 5 miles off Patton Ave, so not far into Leicester. All childcare would be done in my home.

I don't have dependable childcare right now on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I only need someone to come to my home and watch my children from about 1pm-4pm while I am in class. You can bring your child/children with you. My boys (4yr old & 16month old) will be here upon your arrival and then my daughter (6yr old) will be home from school at abot 2:50. We feel like she's ready for more social interaction with kids around her age, but hesitate to send her to a big day care where she'll come home with a cold every other week. We're hoping to find someone close to our house, near Greenlife, but for the right situation we will travel up to 10 minutes in any direction. Ideally you would have her on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:30 till 6:30 and on fridays from 11:30-4:00, but there is some flexibility in that schedule for the right situation/person.
