I totally agree with you. I've filled out around 25 applications only to get response from 2. Actually only 1 made the effort to call, the other emailed to fill out another application 6 weeks after applying.
You'd think at least they would have the common courtesy of a form letter saying "you're being considered" or "the job has been filled"
Maybe this is just how some people enjoy spending their day??

7. Executes engineering and customer changes and makes repairs as required.
8. Reports irregularities or equipment malfunctions to coach.
9. Maintains records as required.
10. Observes all safety and hygiene rules and regulations.
11. Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner.
12. Other assignments as required
