The apartment complex is located in North Asheville, within walking distance to great food like the Brew & View and tons of shops along Merrimon. But the nice part is that the street itself is quiet and wooded, so you get the best of both. The unit is on the ground floor with parking directly in front of it. This complex is great for college students, as there is a direct path from the front of the unit to the UNCA campus. There is also a laundry center about 25 feet from the front door.
Inside the apartment is a main common room that is very open and spacious. There is a small dining area straight ahead that leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is small but has a working stove/oven, microwave, and fridge. From the living room, the bedrooms are to the right, with the full bath in between them. The bedroom is fairly large and can easily fit a king or queen mattress. The closet is about 5 feet across and has lots of storage.
My roommate is a nice girl who has an awesome dog names Solstice. Since she has a dog, we can’t accept any more pets in the apartment. My roommate is very tidy and a hard worker who is studying for the GREs.
I do have to find someone to take over the lease by December 1. There is a lease, but it is very flexible and the deposit for the apartment is only 150$.
