Vintage Free Spirit Greenbriar Bicycle (Athens, GA) $250

I am selling a Free Spirit Greenbriar. This vintage bicycle has an 18" steel lugged frame in a beautiful dark green with the original decals. The wheels run smooth and true. The shift levers and derailleurs are Shimano 10-speed. The cranks are Sugino 165 mm. There are also front and rear fenders, front and rear sidepull brakes, reflectors, and a rear cargo rack. The mustache bars have cool brown grips. Everything works crisp and tight. This would make the perfect commuter bike.

Bellesi nice road bike (athens) $1500

Vintage Gianni Motta Personal (Washington, GA) $850

This is a beautiful example of the fine craftsmanship that came from the legendary Gianni Motta. This frame is from the mid seventies, no later than around '79, with the pantographs and decals. This frame was professionally repainted/decaled in 2007. The decals were reproduced exactly to the originals. The white has white/gold pearl overlay, and the dark red (maroon) has a gold pearl overlay. The frame has not had a single part mounted since painting, and is in excellent shape.

rear spacing is about 124, but would easily spread to 126 without affecting the frame

Men's Giant Sedona/Boulder Mountain Bike (Commerce) $235

Men's Giant Mountain Bike 18 speed. The Gianter Hunter 2.0-the Danish manufactured version of the American made Sedona/Boulder. The Hunter consists of components of both the Sedona and the Boulder.

The Hunter has an 18.5 inch aluminum frame, Shimano twist shift gears, shimano front and rear derailluers. As is standard with the Hunter 2.0, it is equipped with a luggage rack, a bell, and fenders with flaps (think crowded Shanghi streets with a business man riding a bike and you'll know why the luggage rack (which has a small amount of rust on it), bell and fenders with flaps are important). The tires are in good shapre with good tread. Although these items are standard on the Hunter, they can be easily removed. And although this serves as a good commuter bike, it is a mountain bike to the core! It retails between $400-$500 without the extras of the fenders, luggage rack, and bell.

The only cosmetic flaw is a splash of green paint on one side of the bike, but it isn't very bad and could be easily sanded off.

I am including a Giant lock, but I don't have the key. A key should be easily obtained at any bike shop. If not, you've lost nothing.

UGA students, this bike would make a great commuter bike to and from class!! Get a GREAT BIKE for $235!!!

Classic 1973 Schwinn Womens 10 speed townie cruiser bike. Collectors. (Athens ) $175

The only flaws are that the front rim might need to trued just a bit - you can probably get this done for @ $10 @ Ben's Bikes - and the rear reflector seatpost clamp is cracked. But it's not going anywhere; it works fine. I can repair this with a hose clamp, you can simply leave it or replace yourself inexpensively. This is probably a bike best suited for women, shorter men or teenagers. I am a 6'4" male, and though I can ride it around easily, I really require a larger bike.

Great get-around-town, street or trail bike for the fall season, all year.....

Trek 4100 Mountain Bike & Hub Bikes Jersey (Watkinsville) $190

For sale is a mens Trek 4100 mountain bike and mens medium size Hub Bicycles Jersey.
There is a Hub Bicycles sticker on the bikes frame which gives you free tune ups for the lifetime of the bike at The Hub Bicycles in Athens, GA.
The frame of the bike is at 18 inches and wheels are 26 inches. Gear systems are Shimano Acera. Brakes are Shimano V-Brake. Tires, seat, and handlebars are all Bontrager. Rear tire is BRAND NEW and front tire is just as well. This is an excellent bike and a very good brand.

Great Bike for College Students (Athens) $60

This is a great bike. It originally sold for ~ $400. I took it mountain biking as well as to class (and I was never late for class). I am no longer a student and can't afford a mountain biking hobby. Though it is a great bike it needs a tune up. I will include the tire pump as well as a bike lock/chain combo.

Late 60's Peugeot PX-10 (Washington, GA) $125

This is an excellent frame/fork combo. It has the beautiful Nervex Lugs, and had chrome stays and fork blades, before the previous owner decided to do a rattle-can makeover! I bought this with the intention of painting it and building it up as my new fixie, but I've got too many other projects and not enough time. My loss is your gain!

Worksman Industrial Tricycle (Washington, Ga) $350

This is a great industrial Tricycle. It is a Worksman Mover. It has 26 x 2.125 tires, with Heavy Duty rims, specifically made by Worksman. This is the single speed model. The total length is 76", and it is 33" wide from outside of hub to outside of other hub. The platform on the back is 22"W x 23"L and is made out of some pretty heavy steel, which is about 3/32". The load limit is a massive 500 lbs. The box is the same side dimensions as the platform, and is 10 1/2" H. This bike rides great, and would make a nice delivery bike, or as it's original purpose a factory "Mover". It has a front drum brake, which works, but needs a brake lever and the little tab to hold the arm (can be ordered from Worksman). The seat post binder bolt is stripped, but it could be drilled and re-tapped to a larger size. Thanks for looking. If you're interested, make me an offer.
