Seeking business partner to manage sales/business development for an established (19 years) manufacturing company

Highly-regarded custom manufacturing company located in Rutledge, GA (45 miles east of Atlanta) with an excellent reputation and unique products seeks a highly motivated and seasoned marketing leader to partner in our company. We have a continually growing list of nationally recognizable customers in the kiosk, store fixture, check stand and residential markets with a manufacturing process that is applicable to a wide range of markets and customers.

The ideal partner will have extensive experience in analyzing business opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies. The partner must have the ability to generate new business using a hands-on approach to sales and marketing activities.

As an equity partner who shares our vision and complements our team, it will be necessary to have sustaining resources to forgo an initial salary in exchange for equity options and eventual salary. The existing business owner is due to retire within the next five years and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take over the majority shareholding of a debt free business in a growing market with almost unlimited potential.
