Most of these are old new stock picked up from former Hammond dealers and electronics shops. Many were made in Soviet satellite countries like Slovak Republic and Hungary. Others were made in US/UK by Hammond electronics. If you've never put a vintage Hammond tube in your guitar/bass preamp, you don't know what you're missing! All tubes are in perfect working condition, and can be tested if you have a tube tester to bring along. I can maybe cut a deal if you're buying multiple tube types. These prices are cheaper than what you'll find these tubes for anywhere online, if you can even find the vintage ones. Get a deal and buy the whole set for only $225. 1967 Martin Guitar D-35 (Athens, GA) $3200

Great condition. Plays beautifully. Appraiser notes: "This is a nice example of a relatively unscathed player's guitar. While not necessarily a collector's piece, this instrument is very appealing to musicians-it's exceptionally playable, the neck has not been reset, the hardware is original, and it has no major finish damage. There is some wear-and-tear, minor scratches on the front from being played and a tiny amount of "buckle rash" on the back. The frets are in great shape, with little visible wear outside the first three, and no work will be needed to them anytime soon; the fingerboard has been maintained and shows no cracking or signs of dryness. The only issue with the guitar is the lack of original pick-guard, which does bring the value down a little, but on the plus side, when it came off, it didn't take any wood or finish with it and is easily repairable. A factory repair would be costly and probably not worth it, as it would not add enough to the value of the instrument to justify the time and expense."`

Up for sale is the aforementioned Harmony Sovereign H1260. This was given to me by a friend and Ive never found the time to learn to play, so I've decided to part ways. Moreover, regarding condition, it is in good condition for its age. There is however a small crack on the back that i was told could easily be fixed for $50 or less. Given that this guitar goes for between $350-480 on Ebay, I think this is a very fair offer.

Modified Epiphone Firebird LOOK! $320

Up for sale is my modified Epiphone Firebird.
This is the limited edition Firebird Studio in Ebony.
The planetary banjo tuners were cheap so I replaced them with Grover mini rotomatics, the guitar stays in tune nicely.
Also, I replaced the stock bridge pickup with a Gibson USA 498T Humbucker. This guitar is still twangy, but full bodied with the Gibson pickup.
Neck action is low, the guitar could probably use a setup, but those aren't expensive and could probably be done free if you know the right person.
All in all, this is a great guitar.
Purchased new in January 2009, I've played this guitar maybe ten times and now I need to give it a good home.

The sound is very punchy, like you'd expect from a British 4x12. Tight, BIG bottom, crisp mids and strong top end. The speakers are efficient too, so you get a lot of volume and headroom. It has what it takes to project above a loud band mix, for sure. Cosmetically very good, also the speakers are in fine shape- nothing wrong with this item at all, I just switched to smaller amps. This is wired for 16 Ohms now but can be re-wired for 8 or 4 to match your head amp. 2 input jacks, a couple of tolex dings, nothing major. Nice old vintage wheels too- an upgrade from the original ones that were kinda small.
